I also really enjoy the uplifting atmosphere of all of the friendly Staff. They are very welcoming and kind and fun to be around when you are spending 3 or more hours having your hair done. "I had a disappointing experience at this salon. The haircut felt rushed, and my hair wasn’t dried afterward—something that should be part of the service. The stylist seemed more focused on attending the next client than completing my service properly. What concerned me more was hearing her speak negatively about other clients in front of me. If such comments are made openly, it’s worrying to think the same could be said about any of us once we leave. I hope the salon takes this feedback seriously and works on improving professionalism and customer care."
