"I recently saw Dan the Osteopath for my back and leg issues as I can not get massages due to a severe back injury. He was through and totally worth it. He had advised that I was going to be sore for a couple of days after the initial treatment and he was right. It lasted a couple of days but felt better. Saw Dan every week for a bit now and the issue is gone. Highly recommend seeing Dan for any issues."

"Tried the Spa only. Massage was good and what I expected - the facilities are just alright. It's very crowded and a lot of families with kids in the pools, hot tubs and 'hot' spring. The sauna is electric and did not get very hot. The hot spring was also not very hot either, not cold but not hot. The hot spring requires booking a time slot, but regardless it's rammed with people - it sits max 12 and it was never less than 12 at a time, felt very cramped and not really relaxing. The hot tub had screaming kids in it, same with the pools. Some people wont mind the kids, but if you do then maybe look elsewhere as it's not what we were looking for, especially for the cost."
