"Amazing experience every time I go in there, especially today. Collette (if I used the wrong spelling I appologize) has such a kind heart and is so sweet. She kept the store open a couple minutes after close since my bus was running late so I could get what I needed. She isn't just compassionate with customers but all those around her, including making sure the people who are unhoused get the proper help they need if something happens near the store where most would just call the cops and be angry or even worse just ignore them. Its that type of sincere kindness that makes me come back to this store, even if I don't make it downtown much anymore. Seeing her genuine worry and kindness in a volatile situation involving people most pretend don't exist jusy solidified my love of this store and purchasing from Injoy????"
