The spa was very clean and all the spas/saunas were very enjoyable after a day of skiing
Nice place in beautiful surroundings! However for the 50 dollar cost I would expect more maintenance and attention to detail as well as cleaning. Only 1 small Sauna, lots of places to lie down.
Thé place is nice but the front desk lady is disgusting. In the phone she cited me a few times and didnt answered my questions. When I arrived she clearly discriminated me and treated me as a second class client. She even answered the phone with much more details for another client and let me waiting. When I asked to show me the premises, she also make half a tour - I saw she making complete tours for all the clients that arrived after me. Unless really in need of a treatment I will never go again see this woman. There was no eucalyptus (neither any other) essence on the hot stone sauna; and small details were missing but is a beautiful place itself. The real problem is the human resources - as in many places around.
It is nice place . Clean. Staff are friendly It was a bit dangerous near spas with ice and. It was so slippery and it was dark during sunset time , having more colourful lights can help . Thank you
We wnt with a group and the price for group was affordable . There was a beautiful view and 2 dry sauna and something like a cave.
Seems renovated since the previous reviews. Super nice spa, very clean, staff were all very nice. A very enjoyable 3 hours
