This is quickly becoming my favorite Spa. The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. They take care to explain every step and listen to any concerns or questions you have. It's quick and easy to schedule appointments and they have a great selection of treatment options that are always being updated based on the newest techniques. Vanessa is amazing and I highly recommend her. Will be a regular for sure. Keep up the great work!

Very sterile & clean facility-shoes off to get inside! I attended their free Mesotherapy training course - the facilitators were extremely friendly, professional and always took the time to explain things in further detail when questions were asked! I highly recommend NAIMA training programs for aestheticians looking to expand their skills!

This spa is very neat, clean and nicely decorated. However, I had an extremely poor experience as a prospective new client. I had booked a consultation ($50 deposit btw), arrived early, and STILL waited 20 minutes beyond my appointment time. I had to inform the receptionist that I only paid for an hour parking and 20 minutes is a long time to be "behind" between appointments and I would have to leave if I was waiting much longer. My consultation was maybe 10 minutes, where my nurse injector talked about options and ultimately we decided on a treatment that requires a nurse practitioner to come in from out of town. I would have to pay another deposit to reserve my appointment, saying this new deposit invoice would be emailed to me same-day. It's now 3 days after my appointment and this new invoice has yet to be sent to me. I was looking forward to my treatment regardless of the poor new client experience, but now I am out $50 and need to find a spa with the same treatment option. I guess this business is satisfied with their current clientele that they do not value new clients.

I can’t say enough positive things about my experience with 3D Lifestyle. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel comfortable and well-informed. They explained the process thoroughly and addressed all my questions and concerns. The treatment was surprisingly quick and almost painless, thanks to the advanced equipment they use. The results have been incredible—I've noticed a significant reduction in hair growth after just a few sessions, and my skin feels smooth and irritation-free. The clinic is spotless and the atmosphere is calming, which made each appointment enjoyable. I’m so happy with my decision to invest in laser hair removal here and would recommend them to anyone considering it. Five stars all the way!

Warning: AVOID 3D Lifestyle – Unprofessional, Unsafe, and Unaccountable I deeply regret choosing 3D Lifestyle for my laser hair removal treatment, especially after being drawn in by their positive reviews online. After paying upfront for eight sessions, my first three were fine, but everything changed during my fourth. A new technician, unsure of the settings she was using, openly admitted her uncertainty about the treatment settings. Despite her hesitation, I was still treated and it led to immediate and painful skin reactions. Over the next few weeks, the damage worsened and three months later, I’m still seeing doctors and dealing with the long-term effects of their mistake. When I reached out for help, the clinic’s response was dismissive and shockingly uninformed. Faith suggested my symptoms were merely “acne,” which my doctor confirmed was in fact a serious reaction to the laser. It took multiple follow-ups just to get basic aftercare guidance, which ended up being minimal and inadequate. The clinic’s mishandling of my refund added insult to injury. Not only did they try to withhold the taxes I paid (which is illegal), but when I went to collect the refund which was agreed upon, they had reduced the amount without explanation. They gave me the contact info for the CEO, but despite reaching out twice, I was completely ignored. This experience made it painfully clear that this clinic has little concern for customer well-being, accountability, or even the basic standards of professionalism. Adding to the unprofessionalism, Faith frequently shared private details about other clients, discussing their appearances, body sizes, and even personal conflicts—at one point sharing details about a mother and daughter arguing during their session, despite my clear lack of interest. This breach of confidentiality was beyond unprofessional and left me feeling even more uncomfortable. The technician's admission that she wasn’t sure about the settings used should have been a red flag, yet there was no effort to investigate the cause of the adverse reaction or take responsibility for the harm caused. Simply put, they didn’t care about my safety or well-being. I strongly caution anyone considering treatment here. This clinic's lack of expertise, poor customer service, and complete disregard for client safety make it a risky and potentially harmful choice. My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I hope this review helps others avoid the same mistakes.
