Meghan is absolutely amazing. She applies the perfect amount of pressure based on your muscle density and is a complete professional. The only reason I rate this at a 4 star is because they don’t bill directly through your insurance and you have to manually submit the receipt after.
Bought a massage therapy as a gift fir my wife and she is really happy. Heather was amazing and went above and beyond to make this a great experience for her. Exceeded our expectations and we will definitely go back.
Heather is great at finding all your knots and spots you didn't even know were tight! Her warm hands are a bonus:) Everyone here will put you at ease and you will walk out feeling better each time.
Always professional and friendly. I appreciate that after treatment, its always explained to me what is going on with my muscles and Im given take home stretches or excercises recommended for better mobility.
This time of year (Dec) is such a challenge to find openings for massage, but A Natural Alternative was so helpful and accommodating. You can book everything online and they send you appointment reminders. They took all the precautions to keep everyone safe (COVID). The inside is beautiful and clean and the staff are professional and really nice. First time customer and I already booked my next appointment!

Clean calming rooms with relaxing 'spa' sounds. Relativity quiet between rooms but can hear some conversations or phone ringing. Meaghan did a great job and I will likely become a regular in no time..
Heather is amazing and knowledgeable a about all pressure points of body .she did great job to make my tension points relaxed.
