First time experience at this massage studio. Started with a phone call to book the massage. The person who answered the phone was very friendly, warm and inviting. I explained the problems I was experiencing, and the staff member seemed very knowledgeable, and recommended, and booked me with a therapist. Walked in, and first impressions were good. The place is very professional, and more importantly, very clean. I will note that I did not detect strong scents, or smells that you can often experience at other locations. Excellent massage experience… The therapist seemed to hit all of the trouble spots that my partner can’t seem to do! It was an excellent experience, and I recommend this massage studio highly. I will absolutely be back.

In September I was having back pain and needed a deep tissue massage. Thankfully Tiara had time available and she gave such a great massage. Tiara is very knowledgeable and really helped me get back to my life. I have been to see her several times since then and she consistently gives a great massage. Thanks so much Tiara ????

I’ve been to a TON of massage therapists and only ever had just a bit of relief from pain and persistent issues. Since seeing Jessica and having Graston massages, I am actually improving! It’s intense and super effective. She really listens and quite obviously understands human anatomy and physiology. Plus she’s the sweetest! All other massages felt like I was getting “pet” for a while. Jessica has propelled me forward in terms of recovery and relief. The results are lasting and every visit is another step forward. Very rude and unprofessional Hi again this is in reply to the above message. It’s nice you have had such a detailed discussion with your therapist, but I think she forgot to mention that she was the one who cancelled on us the first time 3 hours before the massage . This is the missing piece and I didn’t ask her to accommodate us on day off. I don’t even know her personally to make such kind of request. It’s my first time with active healing and I really don’t care if you put me with any massage therapist coz I was just seeing if that person works for me and my back issues. Well you can keep the explanation to yourself but we are not coming back to you and I was not upset that she didn’t accommodate me it was her rude behaviour when we were 7 mins late for the appointment and the way she talked to me and my husband dbecause of which we left and didn’t even care to reschedule

Jessica is the best RMT in Medicine Hat, she is always happy to help keep me pain free! She is always educating herself to help people be pain free with multiple different techniques. The establishment is very well kept and looks very professional and is always clean.

Brittany is the best RMT. Went for my third pre natal massage with her today, and it was as amazing as the first time, left me feeling so much better than when I first came in. I never once have to tell her to adjust the pressure or force, it’s almost like she listens with her hands and adjusts according to tension in each body part. Highly recommend Brittany, highly professional and attentive massage therapist:)

Active Healing Massage is so professional in what they do. Jessica, the owner, is very kind and professional. I’ve been going to Vini for over three years and he’s very good at what he does. He’s very knowledgeable and let’s you know what he’s doing as he does it. Vini is great at treating problem areas without causing pain. I’d definitely recommend him to friends and family. Active Healing Massage does direct billing to almost all insurers and it’s a breeze when I am in. Thanks to the staff at Active Healing Massage!!
