She always knows what underlying issue I have when I bring something to her and is kind enough to explain what she's doing in detail along the way; even gives me stuff to do at home to feel better. Super knowledgable and super strong! I often have injuries form playing many supports and Almira is always able to address them in sessions and give me exercises to try out of session to alleviate the injuries. She is very committed to rectifying any injuries or tight spots. Her knowledge and magical massage hands are unmatched!

Almira doesn't cut corners or mess around, she is super professional, knowledgeable and takes a holistic approach to your recovery process. If you want a a massage to relax and unwind you could go see anybody, but if you want your pain fixed and be taken seriously you go see Almira.

She was good but I don't know what went wrong and she sent me an email and saying something negative ...like what did I've done wrong ? Had appointment and we've showed up on time but she didn't then it's our fault????
