I had such a wonderful experience receiving a signature manicure that includes a nice scrub and paraffin wax! My manicurist did an amazing job at cleaning up my nails (I am a Gardner) and the massage was wonderful too☺️ Also they have the new Barbie nail polish collection ???? I couldn’t resist! I highly recommend booking, everyone is so welcoming and friendly, the spa is beautiful, lots of natural light in the manicure/pedicure room ☺️ Highly recommend!

The service was amazing. I booked a last minute retreat and it was pure relaxation. JC was able to book me in for the last availabilities of the day and explained all the different amenities to which I had access. Love love love the products they used for my facial with Kait and my hot stone massage by Michelle was divine. Thank you all so very much for a much needed day of rest.

I had a great experience at Amba! I was running about 20 minutes late. When I called to let them know they were very understanding and were still able to accommodate the three services I had booked. Everyone was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. The space is welcoming and very clean. I had a body wrap/facial and pedicure with Christina and massage with Theresa. They were both fabulous and considerate of my preferences. The receptionist and the other esthetician working were also very friendly. Thanks very much for a rejuvenating day!

Had a family vacation at Horseshoe Valley resort. My fiance and I decided to get a couples massage. One of the best massages ever! I definitely recommend coming here especially if you get Barb or Pete who were our RMT. Wish we lived closer to keep coming back to them.

Should not be offering prenatal massages if they do not have the equipment to do it properly. When booking, I booked the “prenatal massage” as I am 34 weeks pregnant. They don’t have any pregnancy pillow to lay into to get your back massaged so they have you lay on your side and then switch (not fun for a very pregnant person). The massage was extremely uncomfortable and I left wishing I never went- complete waste of money. The RMT was also running behind, and didn’t even do the full 50 minutes

This story didn’t start well but it had a great ending. I booked a hot stone massage with Natasha on Saturday when the also had a bridal party at the Spa. I had to wait for an hour total for my therapist to come available! During the wait I was offered a complimentary mimosa. Yummy! Unfortunately, I didn’t have time to wait any longer due to prior engagements. They were all very apologetic. Later that evening I received a call from a women that I assumed was the manager and she offered me a free service the following day. Luckily, I was able to free up time and I got my hot stone massage with Natasha. It was very relaxing and she was very sweet. I appreciate the compensatory actions from the Spa and I most certainly will use their service next time I visit.

My body treatment today was supposed to be 50 minutes. I went in to get undressed right at 1 pm. The treatment started approximately 5 minutes after that. It was to be a full body exfoliating and moisturizing treatment. The back of my thighs were not completed. It stated scalp and face massage as part of the treatment but the person didn’t touch my face once and just repeatedly pressed on the top of my scalp ignoring the back and sides of my head. The treatment room was freezing cold, even with a heat pad on I never warmed up. She stated my treatment was completed at 1:44pm so… it was approximately 40 minutes not 50. This was exceptionally disappointing not worth half the price paid and I won’t be back to this spa.

Every year a group of ladies and I go to the Horseshoe Valley Resort for a celebration of life. I hadn't received the spa treatment in the past but decided to give it a try this year as all the other ladies thoroughly enjoy it! Rhonda was absolutely amazing during my facial. She was very kind and explained the process with me. It was very relaxing and nurturing. Susan was my RMT and she was amazing as well. She had just the right amount of pressure and that too was very relaxing. I loved both of my services and will be booking again next year at our girls retreat.
