Geez. Where to start. At bare minimum, it's overpriced for aging facilities. Little to no amenities in the changing room. You have to walk to the desk to ask for a change of towel. Service is SLOOOOOOOOW. took north of 25 minutes to check out 4 people. And don't get me started on the bistro. I get we're out of season (November), but not able to get snacks without a reservation ahead is insane. Not like, rush hour. Like 3pm can't get a freaking snack. For 530$ for 2. Totally not worth it. Massage was good, but that's barely a saving grace. And this review was written entirely while waiting to check out. Edit: here's how rough the facilities were. One shower in the men's and 2 toilets in the women's were out of order. The warm pool with the cold fall was closed. 2 "indoor special" cold showers were closed (those near the dry and wet sauna).

We had a good time. We went for the evening session to check it out as we have already been to other spas in the area. It's way older than Koena, so don't expect new, but has the same nature/private vibe as Nordik. It's not as big or as varied in choices of saunas etc either, with only one steam one and one dry one. Also, there is no food served past 4:30 pm, so you have to make sure you eat before going to the night session(5:30-9 pm) I would've liked for them to stay open as late as the other spas, as they are charging more for the evening rate, but their day rate is comparable. I also like the concept that the locker rooms walk out into the spa area so it's easier to go back and use the restrooms when needed. I definitely plan to go back for a full day and try some other treatments, not just the baths, and the bistro restaurant as well. We were a group of 5 and all had a relaxing evening. The young gentleman at the counter was polite and helpful and gave us a mini tour as well and pointed out where things were located, so it was easier to find things once changed. All in all, a nice place and would definitely recommend if going for a more small, quiet, private vibe.

A very disappointing visit, unfortunately. We showed up and there was a message that said that the main hot tub (the one with the nice jets) was closed. We got in and found that the cold fog was broken and 2 of the 3 rainforest shower heads weren't working either. Parts of the pathways and steps weren't shovelled and the outdoor Adirondacks were covered in snow. For a spa this small, these maintenance issues made a large portion of the spa unusable. The facilities were in disrepair (lots of rust, broken tiles etc.) and dated. Despite buying the day pass, you were only allowed one change of towel and bathrobe. The food, beverages and service were good, thus the two stars, but the beverages need to stay in the bistro area. It was quiet and not very busy, but I now understand why. For about the same price, KOENA and Huma are much better options.

Disappointing for the price. Installations in general need love. For a high end spa not what I expected. Also the employee at the front never told us we had to reserve for the bistro, therefore at 2:30 we wanted to eat and we would have to wait 1 hour.

Really quiet and relaxing. Definitely needs some major upkeep as the pool tiles are dilapidated and even kind of dirty but we had a great time either way. I would return for the simple fact that it's not as busy as nordik.

My husband booked two massages he spoke to someone and confirmed appointements to be told when we showed up that the appointments are not in the system. We have been looking forward to this for 2 weeks now and yet another let down as this happened in the summer with another Amerispa location.

Great place with affordable price. They have pools with different temperature varying from hot to cold. Excellent place to relax.
