I've been going to Anne Madden for about 2 years now and have been nothing but happy about the service they provide. All the staff are super friendly and nice. I've especially have had a great experience with Jen - she is one of a kind. She is thoughtful, easy to talk to and just an overall, an amazing human. She's been doing my laser treatments for a while now and she consistently has my best interest in mind! I've been pleased with the service and my time there!

Professional, friendly, exceptional spa experience. I went back into Anne Madden today for a touch up laser hair removal treatment after 4 years away - wow, was I ever impressed! Not only has there been no staff turnover in the past 4 years, but the service is unparalleled in the area. Natalie, who is the co-owner and the person who did my original consult back in summer 2012, greeted me and booked my appointment, and Kim, who did all of my treatments back in 2012, helped me today! It was like four years hadn't passed - they both remembered me and we had a lovely catch up while I had my treatment. The ladies were prompt, professional, and the spa itself is clean, relaxing, and very feminine - exactly what you want in a spa! My highest recommendation for laser hair removal.

I have been going to this place for a few months for laser hair removal. Reception is extremely responsive with regards to booking appointments via email and quite welcoming on arrival. I found the first technician I had to be distracted and was made to feel as if she had better things to do. All future appointments have been with Anita and she's been a gem. With regards to the laser hair treatments, I have noticed a decrease in hair and have no doubt once I'm done all my sessions the treatments will have eliminated all unwanted hair. I would have no issue recommending Anne Maaden Day Spa to friends for laser hair removal. I have not used any of their other services.

First time visiting this spa, I had a massage from Parker. The service was beyond incredible, she was very professional, she knew what she was doing and made me feel so comfortable. She listened to my requests and did exactly what I had hoped for. I have had a few poor experiences previous places but Parker most definitely made this my new go to. I highly recommend!

I recently visited Anne Maaden Spa and had laser hair removal done by one of their aestheticians, Courtney. She was both attentive and professional and was very well versed with laser hair removal practices. Courtney made the whole process easy and comfortable and I will definitely be back for future treatments.

I went to anne maaden a couple of months ago. I met with one of the staff members as I wanted to start laser hair removal. I was nervous and felt the girl didn't really answer my questions and did not make me feel comfortable.I did still have the treatment done that day as I was eager to start. A week later I went back into anne maaden upset with concerns because I had sore discoloured spots all over the treated area. The girl at the desk got another girl who does laser to talk with me about my concerns. I met with Jen and she made me feel so much better. Jen was comforting and assured me everything would be ok and went through the paper work with me I filled out the week before. I then understood the possible side effects and left with a much better understanding of the treatment. I have now been for my second treatment and made sure I had Jen. She is fantastic! She makes you feel so comfortable! I recommend to anyone looking for laser hair removal to go see Jen at anne maaden!

Very, very personable experience and the owner Natalie is always at the front desk greeting her clients and listening to all their needs. As far as I'm concerned, her staff are the best in the business with years of experience. Her equipment is the most recent in technology and gives the best possible solution for her customers. BTW, her clinic is absolutely beautiful and modern!

This place has been a God sent for my son. Laser hair removal is of the highest results. Because of them my son will no longer have issues with cysts. We drive an hour and a half to get there and it's worth every penny I spend. Thank you to all the staff at Anne Madden and I will/have recommended you to many other ppl :)
