I purchased a gift for my mom here for a facial, manicure and pedicure. My mom was completely satisfied with her Spa afternoon, she told me of all the Spa’s she’s been to this was her favourite and it surpassed her expectations. She took advantage of the steam room and shower prior to her facial and enjoyed a complimentary glass of wine with her pedicure. Great staff, great prices and thoughtful amenities.

My third time in this Wonderful venue!! Excellent massage, facial, steam room, lunch, mani and pedi. Superb! Excellent! I've been looking for a top quality Spa in Chilliwack, there are a lot of nail and massage boutiques which are not Spa's. Aqua Soul Med Spa is a real Spa venue. The services are top notch, I just had a full package of services massage, facial, Medi and pedi. Got served a delicious tea and lunch with a glass of wine, enjoyed the steam room, the bath robe was soft and cozy, it's impeccably clean. I was very impressed and enjoyed the full experience, you have to try it!! Amazing.

My partner brought me here for our anniversary, for pedicures; I had never had one. They rushed me in to start mine while he was still in the bathroom. I have a skin condition which I wrote down on heir medical form and spoke to reception about, I was assured they'd speak to me. The woman made no mention of this and already had a scent filled foot spa ready, not good for my condition. None of the products seemed to be hypoallergenic. She also completely skipped one foot for the massage portion, which I was most excited about. The "hot" stones were cold, she did nothing to fix it and just used them anyways. When I brought up my skin condition to reception again afterwards, she just made excuses for the techs and that they knew what they were doing. They never spoke to me about it at all, I don't think she even checked the forms. Now, two months later, they're spamming my phone with marketing texts; I didn't even know they had my number as it was my partner who booked. They may have gotten en it from the "medical" form they otherwise ignored. We will not be back here and I don't recommend this place.

When I first entered the receptionist seemed angry or possibly just had a bad night …. But it didn’t make me want to stay! Happy I did, Nicole was amazing! Words can’t even express how great she is. I would definitely recommend and will definitely return. Thank you Nicole for making my birthday extra special!

Had some services done over the years and was very impressed with excellent customer service educated aestheticians. I would highly recommend for anyone who is interested in having any spa treatments. Or just treat yourself. I give 5 stars

This is third time I visited this spa salon today I took 3 other friends with myself so we were 4 Ukrainian girls very nice atmosphere very clean place nice staff they did best to satisfy us definitely I will bring more girls next time
