I had an amazing experience at ArtMed in Guelph for my PRP treatment. The staff were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the process. The clinic is clean, welcoming, and beautifully maintained. I really appreciated how they took the time to explain everything and answer all my questions. I’m already seeing great results and couldn’t be happier with the care I received. Highly recommend ArtMed for anyone considering PRP or other aesthetic treatments!

I had my first Botox experience with Sarah and she was absolutely amazing. She is very knowledgeable about all of the aspects of Botox and similar treatments, and she shared all of that knowledge with me so I could make an informed decision. She also has an extremely gentle touch, so I barely felt a thing when getting injected. I would 100% recommend Sarah for anyone else considering Botox!

Always a wonderful experience with ArtMed. Pam and the team are professional and realistic about what outcomes will look like. I appreciated the honest approach in that multiple visits might be requires to achieve the desired outcome and that sometimes initially after a treatment some spots might appear darker etc. I highly recommend for customers that value a reputable clinic.

Had a few great experiences getting Botox for TMJ. Went in for bbl laser and experience was less than ideal. I received a full face bbl and a follow up spot treatment with no visible results. In fact, the areas treated got visibly worse after treatments. Pam did offer (I did not ask) 2 complimentary spot treatments. Although I am grateful for that, she was over 30 minutes late at my last appointment (no apology) and advised me she would not treat the spot again. I would have appreciated a heads up and I would not have come in that day. She did end up treating the spot as I was already in. She was less than pleasant during the appt. I have since visited another clinic in Guelph and after just one treatment the problem areas were treated successfully. I should have paid attention to the other negative reviews posted here.

My first experience at ArtMed was with Ingrid for removal of an unsightly and large epidermoid cyst. Her surgical skill and artistry with stiches means I have very minimal scarring a month post-op, for which I'm ecstatic. Since then, I've started a a series of BBL treatments recommended by Pam, another extremely knowledgeable and professional member of the team. Who knew I could get rid of what I had thought was "permanent red discolouration" on my decollette (which has bothered me for the last ten years)? Pam did. The first treatment yielded amazing results for me (almost all gone) and I'm excited to see how this progresses. ArtMed also carries a range of excellent skin care / treatment products. As a woman approaching 60 with mature skin, I'm so pleased to have found this group of talented people to support my skin health care needs and my effort towards "graceful ageing". And I always feel welcome!
