Google really needs to implement a zero star feature. Please find a more detailed explanation of our issue on the review I left for the hotel. I booked the spa/hotel package through a phone call. The hotel front desk helped since no one at the spa could speak English. We drove East from Ottawa because we wanted to see whales in Tadoussac. We built our hotel portion of the vacation around this spa day, which is the only reason we were in Saguenay. If we had known that we wouldn't have a spa day, we would have booked our 3 day stay in Tadoussac. The hotel had the right date but the spa didn't. It was such a waste of time. The spa just said sorry and offered us a voucher to book another time, EVEN THOUGH they knew we were visiting from Ottawa. Zero compensation, zero follow-up, zero effort to find a solution. Horrible customer service. When we went to the hotel to explain the situation, a lady from the front desk took us back to the spa to see if anything could be done. She was shocked at the situation too and sent us a $13 bottle of wine to take the edge off. Her words, "This is clearly their fault, I'm so sorry." Travellers, avoid this spa. They clearly don't care about clients or taking responsibility for their mistakes.

Probably one of the worst pedicures I have ever had. The lady seemed very inexperienced. She simply filed my nails and put nail polish on. She did not do my cuticles.

Pire expérience de toute ma vie. Un forfait duo pour mon anniversaire complètement gâcher. Plus jamais, je ne recommande pas cette endroit. De plus à voir les autres avis, ils ne répondent même pas à leur client insatisfaits afin d'arranger la situation ou de s'en excusé, ils ne font qu'ignorer leurs clientèles. Cela démontre leur niveau de professionnalisme envers ceux ci, exactement comme leurs service aucune considération pour la clientèle qui leurs permet d'exercer leur profession.

Activités mère -fille, pédicures et manucures, en même temps ensemble dans la même salle. Les 2 dames qui ont pris soin de nous étaient très gentilles et vraiment professionnelles. Nous avons adorés! Je recommande!
