11/10. I found Katya through Google reviews and she was beyond fantastic. Extremely accommodating! I had a last minute family emergency and she made it all work. This was my first lymphatic drainage massage and it most certainly won’t be my last. Katya is very knowledgeable and thorough. She applied the right amount of pressure and I really felt so much lighter leaving my appointment. Her clinic room was clean, comfortable, had really great energy and she also left me with coconut water post-massage. I’m looking forward to becoming a regular with Katya.

I highly recommend this place! Please don’t miss the opportunity to visit it. Place: Very clean, the atmosphere is very pleasant, and the music helps you to relax. Staff: Kind and friendly. Treatment: Exceptional. I went for a massage with Laura Zhang and she was EXCELLENT. She was very professional, willing to listen and explain what was wrong with my back. After her treatment I felt like a new person.

I had a great experience ???? From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was calm. The staff was kind and professional, making sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. I had a massage and it was exactly what I needed. The therapist was skilled and attentive, and I left feeling completely refreshed. The facilities were spotless and beautifully designed, giving the relaxing experience. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it ????????

My first visit was lovely! The booking process was great, the location itself offers free parking and accessible entrance with an elevator option, the reception area was the star of the show with complimentary fresh fruit water with glassware, branded bottled water, and nice chocolates. I was in the “Diamond Room” which was calm and relaxing. After my first appointment (Indian Scalp Massage - 30 Min with Lana) I booked 4 more treatments!

I had a massage here for my birthday, the place is beautiful & relaxing. Front staff were very welcoming. My masseuse was good, however he started 5mins late and ended right on time. The pressure could’ve been a bit harder for a deep tissue. I would consider returning and trying someone else.

I’m a 30 year plus customer. This place has really turn into one big dump!! The entrance is a huge cover up to what you actually get. I mean you walk in and you smell heaven. But it’s really a hit and miss experience. I don’t think anyone should be walking out in total disappointment after paying this amount of money!! then the massage therapist wants a tip!! It’s a joke! We are not there to buy the business! If your not happy with the service complain but they don’t care about the service they are providing It really is a hit and miss and I don’t think anyone should put that money out. Same parking lot. School for massage 40 dollar amazing every time. A follow up to their response Even with your response really 12 years or 30 year. How you treat a loyal customer say it all in your response with your ridiculous 10% discount won’t even cover your employees tip. You say a lot towards your workers. Maybe this is why your workers don’t stay with your company. and only allowing me one therapist is nothing but unprofessional service. This place is over charging for the whimsical service. Extremely inconsistent. Disappointed in this place and their service. All 6 of my family and friends agree it’s over priced for the service. Look around so many great places and cheaper. Follow up after their reply. Keep shopping !! I still say over priced under serviced. Unpredictable place with prices that are outrageous.

I can’t recommend Body and Soul Massage Therapy enough! From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, setting the perfect tone for relaxation. I’ve had the pleasure of seeing both Tracy and Veronica, and they are truly exceptional RMTs. Thank you!!

The pregnancy massage here wasn’t very effective. It was very gentle and didn’t help with my back pain. I tried another massage place, and it was much better. Additionally, they don’t offer insurance direct billing, which is something most other places do. I’m giving three stars because my husband enjoys the massages here—so their regular RMT services seem to be good. However, I wouldn’t recommend spending money on their pregnancy massage.
