I had such a wonderful experience with Karen! She’s not only professional and knowledgeable, but also incredibly kind and attentive. I had a facial and waxing done, and both treatments were flawless. My skin feels amazing — refreshed, smooth, and glowing. Karen made me feel completely comfortable throughout the whole process, and her attention to detail really shows in the results. We go here to get our daughters’ ears pierced and they do a great job. They are very well informed and have two people do the piercing at once so it’s a lot more efficient. The only downside is it is a small place so you are always in the way of the employees no matter where you stand.

I have taken my daughters to this location a few times for ear piercings. Yesterday my older daughter had an appointment to have her nose pierced (needle piercing). Her body did not react well to the adrenaline this piercing caused. Karen and Hope were fabulous, they made sure she was comfortable and very well cared for. They called security also the malls first responders who were there in a flash to help out and make sure my daughter was safe and not in any danger with her health. As a mother this was a horrific experience but these wonderful ladies did everything to reassure us that her reaction was 100% normal and we had nothing to worry about. When all was said and done Cory from security walked us out to our car to make sure we got there safely and my daughter after quiet the ordeal left very happy with her nose piercing. We cannot thank Karen, Hope Cory and his partner whose name I unfortunately didn’t get for all of their care and compassion and patience through a not so great situation. You are all very appreciated and I would recommend them to anyone looking for their services.

Took my 6 month old daughter there to get her ears pierced. The staff member was super nice and educational. Spoke to us about everything and answered our questions before the piercing. Ensured that her piercings were even before doing them. Helpful, kind and clean set up. Would recommend for others.

Katherine (sp?) was so kind and patient with my 13 year old who got her lobes pierced a couple weeks ago. My daughter was very nervous and Katherine was so understanding and explained everything so well, and spent extra time waiting while my daughter waffled and nearly backed out and then finally decided to go for it. She was encouraging but didn’t pressure, and she was ready if my daughter wanted to back out. We had a great experience, thank you Katherine (and so sorry if I’m spelling your name wrong!)
