I was having shoulder pain so I booked a therapeutic massage. First I had to wait 20 minutes for her to finish with another client. During my massage she left the room 3 or 4 times to deal with people coming in. No warning, jest left slamming the door. No compensation for the time either. But that's not the worst of it. The massage was painful. Although I told her and asked to her to go easy, she completely ignored me. Now 48 hours later, I am still in excruciating pain.

I do not recommend this massage location at all!!! I had an appointment booked at this location and showed up a few minutes before my scheduled time. Upon my arrival, the door was locked and no one was answering. I therefore called the number of Massothérapie Kiné Naturelle and the lady who answered was surprised that no one is there and told me that she will call the massage place and call me back. A few minutes later, she called me back and told me that the massage therapist had an emergency and will not be able to give me my massage. She then recommended me to go to another of their massage places on Jarry. I realize that emergencies can happen, although I have to say that 1) this was completely unprofessional. I should have been called to be notified. This was a great disappointment and waste of my time. 2) I am not interested to go to your other location 7373 Jarry (which does not even appear on google reviews). This was shady, and unprofessional. A well reputed location will require bookings in advance and not a last minute show up. Please save yourself the hassle, and go to a well-known massage place which cares about their customers.

I took the therapeutic massage and will take it again ( hopefully next week). We have already recommended people, we will see you soon. He took the Swedish and it was perfect for him ????

you have to pay at least 10% for tips, the lady said it’s a must. Since when? i ve been to many places and this is the first time, i m asked to give at least 10%. Honestly, for better service ans cheaper, go somewhere else where you’ ll not feel ripped off. I paid 115$ +10% tips for 60 min massage.

This is a little gem in my area. Usually takes my appointment on the same day when I call. It does look sketchy outside but is a professional business. Helped me a lot with back and leg pains and sometimes I am so relaxed I fall asleep! Support small businesses always

Stay away from this place. Deep tissue massage all you want. When I told you not once but 3 times that it's too much pressure and it hurts, take it easy! Only real question here is why did I not get up half way thru the massage and walk out of there.
