booked an apothecary facial with jenica and enjoyed the most relaxing hour of self care! she is a super sweet aesthetician and tailored my facial to my skin care needs. loved that she included a mini consultation at the beginning of the appointment and was cautious of my allergies. i also loved the physical aesthetic of the spa and the calm vibes you get the moment you walk in the door. it’s a little intimidating going there for the first time, but the staff are super welcoming and kind. looking forward to booking another spa day soon!

I had the best morning at the spa today. I got a facial, massage and pedicure, and all three were fabulous. Laura was AMAZING. She was so personable and great at what she does. The spa was picture perfect and I left feeling relaxed and pampered.

I had a fantastic foot care session at Cocoon last week. Both Justine and Anne are amazing and professional. The best part is the quiet atmosphere. While the prices are on the higher side, the quality of service and the cleanliness of the spa are excellent.

I had a Gel Mani + Pedi, and facial with Jenica. Amazing experience, very relaxing, and she let me know that all of their products are organic. She is meticulous with the nails, and they are absolutely beautiful. She is very gentle as well. The facial was relaxing, with a scalp massage as well. The products smelled really good, and my face definitely felt softer and more hydrated after. I found the spa to be quiet and the facilities updated. She told me the spa has only been open for a 1.5 years. I parked at City Hall, which was free on Sundays. Very convenient location. Will definitely be coming back again.

Just had an amazing detox massage with Elsa J — seriously the most relaxing experience. She made me feel super calm and refreshed, and I walked out feeling lighter and way less tense. Highly recommend her if you need a reset!

I got the professional facial + tension relief massage at Cocoon and it was awesome. I don't treat myself to a spa treatment or facial often and I have pretty balanced, but sensitive skin. So I don't like peels, intense exfoliation or medical like procedures (read - micro dermabrasion). With this in mind, I was trying to pick a place and treatment that suited my needs and Cocoon delivered. I felt relaxed and my face felt clean and hydrated and not at all like I'd been scrubbed to the bone or irritated. My husband even commented that my skin tone looked far more even then when I had left the house. The location is also really nice and convenient to get to. Honestly if you want a relaxing facial to feel refreshed and relaxed I would recommend Cocoon. I know I am definitely going to go back again later this year!

I had a facial and pedicure done by Laura and both were incredible. My skin felt amazing and she was so thorough during both treatments. They also made me a PSL which just made my day! I will definitely be going back

My hubby and I experienced the most pampering pedicures with Laura and Justine today. We were treated to cappuccinos and lemon water while we relaxed and enjoyed the warm and inviting atmosphere of the spa! Highly recommend!!
