As soon as I walked in, I knew I'd have a great experience. The receptionist was nice and offered coffee and water. Both delicious BTW. It was my first visit here as I'm a newbie tO PG. I got my face waxed. She did an excellent job and even offered a mineral powder to hide the redness as I was going out for the evening. Overall, wonderful experience. Keep up the good work. Next time it'll be for a massage!????❤️

Never been to this place before but i can tell from a little call that there customer service is so worse. Yesterday I called them to book an appointment for my hair color and the lady she said you are all booked in for 11:30am for the next day. For some reason i want to cancel my appointment and this salon opens at 9 am and i did called them before 9 am and told them to cancel my appointment and they did it too. But later at 11:30 am i got a call again from this lady and was telling me you didn’t show up and wanna charge you 50% cancellation fee. Don’t you guys think that you should let your customers know about these all kind of things before they book an appointment with you? And instead of listening to me she’s like you have to pay 50%. Excuse me? Why should i pay you when you’re the one who cancelled the appointment and didn’t said anything before? So this was a message to all the people who are booking the appointments with them just be extra cautious. Understood everyone wants to earn money but not like this fam….

Zoe absolutely killed it. I would recommend her to anyone. When I came in today I received EXACTLY what I wanted. Even though there were a few hiccups along the way she immediately offered to accommodate. Even though I refused (because my hair was awesome) the result is exactly what I hoped for. A wonderful women inside and out.

I recently visited Core Salon and Spa and had a wonderful experience. The staff was welcoming and professional. I had hairstyling, threading, and a shampoo/conditioning treatment, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The hairstylist tailored the cut to suit my face shape, and the threading was quick and gentle. My hair feels incredibly soft and refreshed after the treatment. The salon’s atmosphere was relaxing, and I left feeling pampered and rejuvenated. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend Core Salon and Spa for excellent service and results!

I am super happy with the haircut that I received from Gabby yesterday! I have been looking for a new hairdresser since 2020, and I think I have finally found my new hair home! Everyone at the salon was super nice, and it was such a welcoming & comfortable environment to be in.

Don’t go to Core if you are a senior. I used to be a regular there but have been gone for a few years. I tried to make an appt online but they never replied, so I called and was given a time for later in the week. Then I received an appt confirmation for a month later. I replied to tat email saying I was already booked. On the morning of that appt they called and cancelled. We rebooked for today (a week later). Then this morning, they called and cancelled this appt. It is obvious they don’t want your business if you are only asking for a simple cut. Meanwhile they wasted two weeks of my time.

The amount of time and effort put into my hair my one of the so called Junior Stylists was amazing. She went above and beyond to make me feel beautiful for sisters wedding. She knew I had thin hair and was self conscious about it and she used products in my hair to completely hide this and make me feel like I had a beautiful head of hair. She took her time curling every piece with a small barreled iron to give it full volume and was so personable... We had many laughs and great conversation. Thank you so much Core... I will always be back....???????????????????? Charmain
