I was looking for some relief with back/lower back stiffness and found a gem that just happened to be in my neighborhood! Da Estrela Wellness ( Stephanie my RMT) provided such a soothing, deep tissue massage that targeted my problem areas and provided instant relief. I feel rejuvenated and more fluid and mobile than I had in months! I even found relief in problem areas that I didn't even realize had major stiffness and knots! Stephanie was very friendly and I truly appreciated the education she provided while giving my treatment. I will be back soon and can't wait for my next treatments! Thanks Stephanie!

I originally reached out to De Estrella Wellness to see if they could accommodate 3 friends for a birthday massage day. It was a Saturday and everyone was full. But they not only fit us in, they made us feel so welcome and like part of the family. They really stepped it up for us even on a day they were scheduled not to be working. What an amazing day! If you ever want to plan a girls spa like day contact De Estrela Wellness. Because of how well we were treated, have continued to go back every 2-3 weeks for massage.
