Hidden gem. This spa is a bright beautiful comfortable and relaxing space. The staff take the time to discuss your specific goals/needs. There are so many unique and custom treatments. They are all knowledgeable and up to date with the services they offer. They have some nice gift items such as natural soaps and elite skin care items. Check them out! Now my entire family comes here!

Honestly disgusted with the service. I had a 2:30pm appointment. I was gifted a spa package from my sister for Christmas, as I am 6 months pregnant, she knew I could use it. I was there on time and proceeded to sit on the sofa for 20+ minutes while the woman (who I am sure is the owner) helped someone with insurance. Then to add insult to injury another person walked in with the same insurance issue she proceeded to help them. Then after all of that she begins to tell me that she is ill and does not want to provide me with a facial. I requested cash for the value of the service, as I am came during a work day all the way from Niagara Falls, and was told sorry no. With little to no remorse. I understand you don’t feel well. Then tell me that before you spend 20+ minutes helping two other people. Must not have been ill enough to do that. Maybe because it was a gift certificate and she already made her money off of it, she doesn’t feel the need to follow through. Been to many spas - never in my life.

An ambient tranquil place with great people ! Krista is so welcoming and lovely and chatty.the resident therapy dog if your lucky enough to see her will always greet you, doing the best thing of making you happy. Seeing Danielle at the practice has saved me and my painful back, I couldn't recommend enough

Sharon gives a fantastic massage, she asked what I wanted and really customized it to my needs. She also noticed issues I hadn't and addressed them as well. She is empathetic, intuitive and has a calming energy. Can't recommend her enough!

Scam artists. I purchased this for my wife, she offered services in her brocher and when my wife requested says she Doesnt offer that service that was advertised. When we Asked for a refund we were refused. Avoid this place if possible. Much nicer spas in 15 minutes away in niagara on the lake.

We went in for a couple's hot stone massage and it totally exceeded our expectations! We were greeted warmly by the staff and the massage therapists were excellent, pampering us over the course of the 90 minutes and working out all our knots. The environment is very soothing and we left feeling incredibly relaxed walking out of there. Would highly recommend!
