Called to ask what type of laser they used to perform their laser hair removal and the lady on the phone did not know. Gave me attitude and stated she only knew what the machine was called. The lack of knowledge by staff and the poor customer service like "hey, I'll just find that out for you" would've gone a long way. Never will step foot into this place.

I had the most amazing costumer service experience! I went in looking for a new eye cream and Githa went over and beyond expectations to help me find exactly what I needed. She provided me with information to make an informed choice that fit within my budget. She also spent the time to follow up with me to make sure my new product was working exactly as it should. I have had a few questions since, and Githa has continued to provide support! I have also brought my teenage kids here for acne facials and used the suggested product lines to help clear up their skin. I would highly recommend this clinic for skin care at any age!

I’m writing this review today to highlight one of the many fantastic employees at this location. Today Lori went absolutely above and beyond for me. I was having difficulty with a prescription being sent off to my pharmacy, as the fax machine was not working. I was unable to go get the form either before closing, so Lori volunteered on her own personal lunch break to physically bring the form to the pharmacy for me. She did not have to go out of her way this much for me and I’m incredibly grateful she did. It shows me how much she cares for the client. I have always respected this clinic as all of the ladies have been incredibly helpful and the location is very clean and presentable. I am now a life time customer due to what Lori did for me, and I’ll make sure to recommend everyone I know to this location! Thanks!

The Hydra facial at Dermapure is AMAZING and feel every person should treat themselves to something this magical and affordable. Estée did my treatment and it was such an enjoyable experience! She is kind and professional and explained the treatment so that I knew what to expect, she has a steady hand and makes you feel really comfortable…I felt so relaxed I almost fell asleep. Estée performed the treatment so well I would highly recommend her. The front desk and management were also attentive. I’m absolutely loving these dramatic results, my pores are smaller, deeply cleansed, my skin tone brighter and smoother. Very happy :)

Love the Staff, Especially Lori at the front Desk! She’s always so bubbly, and remembers everything about you when you come in ???????? They Really make you feel comfortable, are right up on their services and product knowledge. Their custom skin care regimes they put together for you specifically are AMAZING!!

I have found that the service I have received over the years from Dermapure in Chilliwack have always been professional and thorough. I recently tried their Functionalab Collagen Infusion lip plumping serum and have really noticed a difference on my lips, all my lip lines are gone! It also stays on my lips for up to 8 hours or more and doesn’t wear off. I would definitely recommend this product, better than any store brand.
