I have had a fantastic experience at SKIN Kamloops and fully intend on going back! I am 36 years old and finally but the bullet on trying Botox. I’m not someone who gets my nails done or my hair done and I don’t wear makeup most days. This was something I was starting to feel insecure about and I was really excited to dive in! The team at SKIN were incredibly respectful of my concerns, goals and most of all budget! They worked hard to give me the best bang for my buck and I am incredibly grateful. Colleen and Dr. Visser were extremely informative about the process and what to expect. I was told the Botox wouldn’t fully take effect for 7-10 days. It’s day 3 and I am already having amazing results. I have a very expressive face but already the muscles I don’t want to move have already been hindered. The deep set lines in my forehead have already disappeared. I feel so confident and will definitely return!

Gorgeously decorated and clean clinic in Kamloops. Dr. Brink is such a skilled injector. Getting treatment with him was such a breeze. He has many techniques to maximize comfort. Carleen is so personable and knowledgeable. Her smile is so comforting. Laura Lee is so intelligent and quick with her assistance. The entire team here is phenomenal. It’s evident they care. I am blown away by how comfortable the treatment was and my results. If you’re in the area and looking for treatment, I highly recommend this clinic. Even if you aren’t in the area, it’s worth a special trip. ;)

I have been to skin Kamloops for years, for treatments. However, I will NOT be back. The staff is unprofessional and judgmental. I even sent skin Kamloops/Dermapure a email in regard to their unprofessionalism in dealing with clients. Honestly, I don’t think anything was done about it or did I receive a email back. Which clearly shows they didn’t care to acknowledge the issue. If you take a look at the previous reviews all of them are about appointment cancellations/bookings/poor timing. The same issue I had. I do not recommend this place. No respect for their clients.

Making time to visit SKIN Kamloops for their Hydrafacial experience is so worthwhile. It's easy to feel yourself start to relax from the moment you step inside their modernized sunlit reception. Their friendly and knowledgable staff welcome you immediately and remember your name, and there's an array of complementary snacks and drinks, like Sanpellegrino. Enjoy the thirty-minute Hydrafacial, leave with glowing skin, and, over a few months, take delight in your skin's noticeable improvements. I met with Carleen Mackenzie Brink who provided me with a very extensive consultation prior to my procedure. My Botox was done by Dr. Visser who I found to be very detail-oriented, gentle and communicative. Throughout my visit at the clinic, the staff did a great job making me feel comfortable offering me water, coffee, snacks etc. There is a limited number of free street parking spots and ample pay parking spots at the lot next door (very inexpensive). It’s too early to talk about my treatment results however I’m optimistic that the results will speak for themselves. I recommend this clinic and will be back again in the very near future.

Just had thread lift at SKIN. As always it was a wonderful experience in the clinic.. The atmosphere is lovely and I just feel so calm and taken care of in Dr. Brink hands-zero concerns Meeting with Carleen is always something to look forward to. It’s is very personable from the moment you arrive to the time you leave. The services they provide may be considered trivial to some. To me though, feeling good about how you look as well as feeling confident, and just being your best self, makes the difference in your day-to-day. I’ve come home, feeling incredibly uplifted. I am very grateful to everyone at SKIN for all they do!

Skin Kamloops is absolutely amazing!! I recommend them to anyone and everyone. The doctors are extremely knowledgeable and will the will take time to get to know your idea of your results- and achieve them! I had no idea there was a non- surgical way to fix my life time insecurity and I am so happy skin offered me a solution. Carleen does her consultations beautifully. She takes times to get to know you and will help you find a plan to achieve your desired outcome. Melissa is very knowledgeable and will help you with any of your questions, while making you feel comfortable. I am extremely happy with my results and I am so grateful for all of the knowledgeable staff!!

I’m very pleased with the results I’m seeing from my Slyfirm RF Microneedling treatment I had about a month ago. The treatment was very comfortable and I had minimal downtime. I am also loving the Skin Ceuticals samples Jill gave me and I will be purchasing when they’re in stock! Thanks ladies!
