Booked an appointment for 3 pm over the phone and arrived on time, only to find out they were in with another client at 2:30 pm. Disorganized and poor communication.

Called to book an appointment had issues trying to book then once booked a couples massage for 4 pm show up for that appointment, and they say they are in massages for at least another half hour with other clients….meanwhile we had an appointment made for that time. Then proceeds to tell me that the client was wanting 2 hrs so no guarantee to get in even if we came back in 30 mins, needless to say don’t waste your time trying to book here.

I had a massage with a therapist who was not the owner, who seemed to have no knowledge of acupressure or acupuncture and did a massage done like a hundred before. There was no physical assessment, just rub where it hurts.. A quick once over. She got "too close" twice which I didn't appreciate. She was expecting a tip but I couldn't see a reason. ok I guess.

Very unprofessional, my first visit was ok, but the second left me not able to walk from pain, i will wait until tomorrow to see if i will get better big pain at the bottom of my back, also you get 45min massage for the price of one hour. Not recommended

Worst massage I have ever had! Chinese lady could not speak English well except for the end when she says ..."you give me tips??? ". She was mean, hurt me and made me lay on The table naked and shivering. All this for 90 dollars ????

New face work. Clean and relaxing place. Very good massage. A superb one hour massage, I was at peace and my stress went away. Recommend it after a day of stress.
