I had the most wonderful experience of my life here the other day! ✨️???? This was my first time ever getting a hot stone/anti stress massage. I've been putting it off but decided to go for it as I really needed some extra self care and stress release. I couldn't have made a better choice! The night before, around 630PM I made an inquiry on their website, and within a short while I had a reply email from them with a suggested time slot for the next day! I wanted to note that I had previously left a message/email with 3 other massage places in Georgetown and this was the only place that replied, and showed any interest in receiving business. How lovely to feel seen, heard and appreciated! Compared to the other places in town, don't waste your time as they probably won't reply. Downtown Spa & relaxation have superior customer service! :) I was greeted by the lovely owner, Dorri at the front desk who was so charming and welcoming, and who was emailing me the night before. The storefront is very appealing, clean and comfortable to sit while you wait! I had Jess and she was incredible! Her professional demeanor combined with how polite and sweet and calming she was truly made the experience 10x more enjoyable. As a first time customer, I was transported into a world of ease and no judgement and relaxation within minutes. I didn't feel awkward or embarrassed about anything. She made sure I was comfortable. The hot stones were so lovely! I never wanted it to end! I could literally feel my unhappy thoughts and negative buildup melt away during the treatment. I've just recovered from abuse/violence so this was a very speacial treat/moment for me that couldn't have been done any better. I didn't know it included a face massage! *ladies make sure you don't wear makeup before you go or jewelry!* Jess was so lovely, I passed her my rings and not a moment longer after the entire treatment ended did she return my rings to me right in my hand - ensuring you don't forget after being so relaxed! Before I left I chatted for a bit with a lovely Older lady who has been a dedicated customer for more years than I've been alive! It was a testimony to how good their services are! I walked out of there feeling a new appreciate for life. They are right, self care shouldn't be a luxury and this was so needed. The price was very reasonable for being treated like royalty. I can't wait to go again! I highly recommend this place above all others. You won't be dissappinted!

I enjoyed a wonderful and truly relaxing full body Anti-Stress massage as well as a Foot Facial at The Downtown Spa. The atmosphere is soothing and inviting. Dori is as always smiling and welcoming. My therapist Mindy was professional, knowledgeable and left me feeling like butter. Its exactly what I needed to destress. I thoroughly enjoyed my day! Not my first visit to The Downtown Spa and most definitely not my last

My daughter and I had a great time. Monika and Mindy were great and so friendly and made our day . I would recommend if you need some down time go for it! I have been quite a few times and always had a great experience.

I had a wonderful afternoon at the spa. I had the anti stress hot stone massage. A facial and the foot facial. I highly recommend all of them! It was a wonderful experience! Totally relaxing! I definitely will be back. A big thank you to Monica!

I cannot begin to show my appreciation for Downtown Spa. They have been there for me when I have needed them, for stress relief massages due to the job I had and for facial massages to complement those other messages. I have nothing but good feelings when I leave there and always look forward to my next appt. There is nothing like a great massage. Dorri is a wonderful person and always has total interest in her clients and Maryam is so professional and caring as well. They are always happy to see and serve you. I have always been given great care when I have been there and recommend Downtown Spa to anyone wanting a good place to go for massages. Downtown Spa is the best! Cyndy

My first visit to Downtown Spa & Relaxation Centre was a positive experience from start to finish. Maryam was friendly and professional. She took the time to explain what she was doing which set me at ease. My eye brows and lashes looked great and made me feel good about myself. I will definitely be going back!

Downtown Spa is the place to go for your pampering needs. Dorri and her staff are amazing. No matter Maryam or Monika, always a pleasure to deal with. I actually feel guilty if I have to use one over the other based on availability. Love you ladies!
