Dr Burk-Vassallo runs a professional business and has nothing but a top notch team of experts. I have used a few of their services over the years and always leave feeling great. I had Andrea do a procedure for me today and she was so thorough, a perfectionist. She made an uncomfortable procedure comfortable, and reviewed the after care in great detail to ensure I have no scarring. They really pay attention and care, and once again I left there feeling fantastic. I highly recommend this clinic, they are simply the best.

I had a fantastic experience at Aspire MD in St. Catharines! I had an appointment yesterday with Dr. Jane and Andrea, and they were both absolutely wonderful. They took the time to thoroughly explain the best care plan for my skin and walked me through the steps I need to take. They also prepared a personalized treatment plan for the next four weeks before my next appointment to address my facial scars. Andrea, in particular, was amazing—she carefully explained the creams she provided and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the process. Her kindness and expertise were truly appreciated. I wanted to share some feedback about my recent consultation experience. I had booked what was described as a "complementary" consultation, but I was surprised to learn that there would be a $150 charge unless I had a referral from my doctor. Unfortunately, this wasn’t mentioned during the booking process, which led to some confusion. Additionally, I ended up waiting nearly an hour and a half before being seen by one of the nurses. When I asked about the expected wait time to see the consulting doctor, I was told, “it’s been a day,” which felt a bit dismissive. Overall, I was disappointed by the lack of communication, subpar level of service, and the substantially long wait time. I’m sharing this in the hope that it helps improve the experience for others in the future.

Today I had a skin treatment done (Morpheus8) at AspireMD, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and calming, creating an ideal environment for relaxation. My technician (Veronica) was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. Short discussion prior to treatment and listening to my concerns made me feel confident in the services I would be receiving. The treatment itself was very comfortable , and I appreciated the detailed explanations provided at each step. Aftercare advice was also excellent; I felt well-informed about how to maintain my skin post-treatment. Overall, I highly recommend AspiteMD for anyone seeking skin treatments. Both my partner and myself had very poor results with Nuceiva, which is the product Aspire uses instead of Botox. This was despite returning to them to have 3 to 4 top ups. We spent a lot of time and money at Aspire waiting for positive results and were left extremely disappointed. We have been to several places before and had great results, but decided to give Aspire a try, due to their great ratings and reviews. We were unhappy with how they responded to us when we expressed our concerns regarding the lack of results for the money we paid. We are writing this review in the hope that people do their research before spending the money and being left less than satisfied, like we were.

Dr. Jane has the most warm, wonderful, and attentive energy! Every member of staff is so knowledgeable and experienced in all of the treatments. An excellent place for your aesthetic needs. Their new Morphues8 treatment is fantastic :)
