Ian was incredible. The best massage I've had in my life. He was very knowledgeable, asked good questions about my condition, and then he was spot on when treating my neck and shoulder pain. Will be back.

I've been going here over a year now and have no complaints! Natalie is fantastic and I always leave feeling refreshed and relaxed. Any issues I have, she's happy to answer all of my questions and help me with stretch suggestions to keep any knots and tightness at bay. 100% recommend!

Absolutely the WORST massage therapy clinic I've ever attended. So incredibly unprofessional. I decided to give them a second chance after my previous therapist who left me waiting in the foyer for almost an hour and just sent an email while I was sitting there to say she was unwell and wouldn't be in that day. Now after having my son I needed to come back but Leslie, the therapist I booked an appointment with, never explained their COVID rules. I was unsubscribed to their emails, which was never checked, so the emails with information I needed to fill out never arrived in my email inbox. I also called Leslie the day before to talk about what her schedule looked like for the rest of the week because my work calendar was filling up but she didn't called back until 7:41pm when I was putting my son to bed. She called to say she assumed I wouldn't be in and would schedule me for Thursday evening instead. What? Who cancels a patient's appointment without speaking with them? And who thinks calling at 7:41pm is appropriate? Who doesn't leave a message with a phone number so your patient can call you back? I called to leave a message this morning which went unanswered until I called them back again at 10:45am. I was getting ready to head out the door for my appointment and thought I should double check. I was told by Natalie that Leslie would not be in and had instead rescheduled me for Thursday evening. Thursday evening doesn't work for my schedule. She at least took the time to figure out why I hadn't been getting any emails. Natalie said that she felt bad and the experiences I've had do not reflect their practice. Unfortunately, they do.

A very professional and talented group of massage therapists here. I have been getting treated here for 4+ years and feel much better! Whenever I have any muscle issues they know how to target the various areas and target the issues. I had issues with my knees once and they even used accupuncture, and they made me a believer in it! I used to have a lot of problems with my hips but not anymore. I go every month and feel better for it. Highly recommend!

Easy to book an appointment. Very clean and well kept facility. Each massage therapist is their own boss, but they all work together. It's a good place to go.
