I had never had a massage before, and this was a great place for a first! Went in with back pain, and after just the first session with Nancy, I had great relief! Booked another and enjoyed it so much that I almost fell asleep. Very relaxing environment, and Nancy clearly enjoys what she does and does it well! Would highly recommend!

Exactly the experience I was looking for! My massage was with RMT, Jessica Bodnick. I am severely impressed. I have a very physical job that wreaks havoc on my shoulders and back. Jessica dug in nice and deep and focused on problem areas. She starts off light, and works her way in. Absolutely phenomenal experience and I've already booked my next massage with her.

Riane Scremin did an amazing job providing me with a 60min Deep Tissue and Craniosacral Massage with Reiki. I had a lot of pain in my neck and suffer from chronic sinusitis, which was all relieved by the treatment. I will be back for sure, maybe for longer! I felt so amazing afterwards. Thanks!

Nancy has magic hands! I'm so happy that I found her! I have had many massages, and the therapist will always ask if there are any areas of concern. Then they will spend a bit of time on that area and go back to their usual 'routine'. Nancy was exceptional in that she really focused on my painful area (right hip) and it made a huge difference. On my second visit, I asked her to focus on a different area and again she listened. She will chat with you if that's your thing but she was also happy to let me enjoy my quiet time. Thanks Nancy!

Elements Natural Therapies offers all kind of esthetics and massage therapy services in a calm and relaxed atmosphere. Rooms are very clean. I appreciate the wide range of appointment times including weekend appointments. Staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend.

Absolute scam... I was told that our couples session would be with an RMT. I was told by the male secretary at the front that RMT numbers would be provided for insurance purposes when I called and made my appointment. I arrived and went through with my session, only to be told after I paid that no RMT numbers would be provided. I encourage EVERYONE to avoid this place. Obviously they are comfortable with straight up lying to people to make some extra cash

Nancy was amazing! Though it’s not an RMT massage to submit, the massage was soooo lovely I didn’t mind. It was everything I needed and she focused on my sore areas with the perfect pressure. I loved how every sort spot was worked on (feet, hands, quads..) not a lot of RMT massages I’ve experienced pay that attention to detail. Will be back to repeat the experience soon!!
