I've been looking for a great eyebrow threading place in Kamloops and I've finally found it! Walked in for an appointment and didn't have to wait very long. Service was quick, professional and the job was so well done. The place itself is really nicely laid out, clean and modern looking. Excited to try other services they offer here. Would definitely recommend.

God aweful. I don't say this lightly or with malicious intent. Took my daughter(down from Vancouver) yesterday. Treated Her to a Pedicure from HELL. please save your money & Time!!! Over 110$ for both, only to be still upset today!! Ex waitress myself. Give TONS of slack, but....... cannot in good conscience recommend these people. Unprofessional & incomplete ????

Not disclosing full information to client while booking appointment? I specifically booked an appointment here for laser. Are they not suppose to tell a client that they need to come for 2 days if they are coming for first time for patch test? And they told me this on spot when i booked an appointment a week ago and reached there on time..This was absolute wastage of time. I travelled from North shore to have this service. This place is absolutely not for working people.

Went for the first time to this location in November 2018. Had an enjoyable experience from the minute I walked in. I had my brows done, threaded and colored. They were fast, friendly and very reasonably priced. The threading room wasn't cleaned between clients, so that would be my only criticism but over all it was a very positive experience and I loved that they do walk ins. Since my first visit, I've since gone back 3 more times. Unfortunately my last experience was not as positive and I came home with several cuts around and in my left brow. It's taken days and it still hasn't healed. If I go back, I will see Jeet. She did a good job the 2 times I've had her.

Came here today for a quick makeup and threading. I really had a very bad customer service, the girl who did the makeup was unprofessional, Impatient, and was not paying attention to my instructions. She was really harsh on the face while applying the makeup and wasted my time. Although it was told to apply simple makeup. After I communicated that I was not satisfied, she went ahead and agreed to remove all the makeup and still made me to pay for it. I won't recommend this place for any kind of makeup.
