I was introduced to "red Light therapy" by my friend and neighbor. He had been referred to Lisa by one of his practitioners who was treating him for his bad back pain. He was impressed with the results and shared his story with me and others so I, having back pain for about 60 years and now living on daily handfuls of Ibuprofen, decided to give it a try. I am pleased to report that those bulging discs were reduced to nothing and I have not taken any Ibuprofen since I began treatment almost 2 years ago. While I was there, because she can treat many areas at the same time, we also treated a shoulder impingement and an arthritic ankle. It took the shoulder a few months to disappear and the arthritis is ongoing to keep it under control but it sure helps a lot. What I'm saying is that it works well for me and I now go once every few weeks or so to keep things under control. It is painless and relaxing and many fall asleep during treatment. Lisa is always there and always willing to answer all your questions. Wayne Prest

Thank-you Lisa for posting your services on FB otherwise I would have never been able to experience how wonderful and beneficial the lights truly are. I originally bid on the lymphatic cleanse and soon moved to other services that you offer. I didn't know what to expect from the lymphatic cleanse but what I quickly realized is my migraines subsided significantly. My whole life, from as far back as I can remember, I suffered with migraines. Years of medication, massage etc. nothing helped. After the second lymphatic cleanse I noticed that I hadn't had a migraine. Then two weeks without a migraine. Since July, when I began light therapy I have suffered maybe three migraines!!!! WOW!!! I feel so much better. I didn't want to say anything to anyone for fear of jinxing it. However, I benefitted significantly that I scheduled appointments for my mother and boyfriend. Thank-you Lisa for this wonderful experience and I highly recommend light therapy! Thank-you to the staff especially, Kathleen the receptionist for putting up with me and Nicole for making my experience so positive!

Enlighten Me Systems "Light Therapy" treatments have helped my overall health tremendously. I really require balancing which drains the lymphatic and gives my body what it needs to continue to operate properly. The ladies are very professional and have the best treatment plan set up for your individual symptom.

Lisa is awesome!!! - she helped me fix things I did not even ask about but she could tell were issues. The environment and experience of the lights is relaxing, restorative and healing. Highly recommend!!
