First of all, I must say I love the ambiance, the very friendly & helpful staff and the organic products at Ezentials. I have had several different services over the past few years, and most I’ve enjoyed completely. However, after a few noisy massage sessions, I have opted not to use their services for that. My typical facials have been absolutely heavenly, But my latest one-hour Hungarian organic facial ended up being only 40 minutes, and when I discovered I had left with facial product still in the middle of my face without being told., I’m afraid it’s the last one of those that I will have as well. So much potential in such a beautiful space, hope they Work on improving some of the services.

I should have done the review on manicure with Madi right after I finished the service, was trying to let it go but it seems like I cannot do that. I had high expectation about Ezentials because their massage was the best but not so much for manicure services. There was no attention to details when I had the manicure, the top layer didn't cover my nails, the color layer was not smooth and again, didn't cover all my nails again. It looks sloopy and unprofessional but surprisingly, it stays there for 2 weeks! I'm not sure if I want to come back for another manicure services from Ezentials

This review pertains to the Nordic Lounge. Firstly, this spa is quite nice overall but I wasn’t very impressed by the Nordic Lounge. I arrived, got changed into my bathing suite only to discover that not a single locker was stocked with a towel/robe. So I had to put my clothes back on to go back out and ask for these items. Not a huge deal, the staff was very responsive but definitely a preventable issue. I didn’t find the lounge very relaxing because there was a group of people who spoke at full volume. I wish there was some signage within the lounge or perhaps the attendant could go over the rules of the lounge beforehand. I read online that the expectation is that people whisper but you wouldn’t know that unless you did some research prior to visiting. The change room is also way too small. Everyone was packed like sardines and we were all just trying not to bump into one another. One of the stalls was also out of toilet paper. I think this lounge has a lot of potential but the details are lacking and the change room should be a lot large and better maintained.

Beautiful spa, very comfortably and cozy atmosphere. A coffee/snack bar and lots of little spa items to purchase. Staff was friendly meeting upon entrance. She walked me throught the spa and explained how everything worked. Theres a relaxation area where you wait for your appointment. I had RMT, and enjoyd it so much! It has a sauna and steam room, I will surely try it next time.

I tried their Nordic Lounge experience and it was incredible! Relaxing, luxurious and fun! Plus, they've got a great shop and cafe. The smoothies are amazing. I highly recommend this place!

Beautiful spot. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. The spa is well equipped and very clean. The environment is so relaxing. My only critique is that I wish there were more RMTs available so that massages we easier to book - however I realize that this is an issue everywhere.

Ezentials is one of the nicest spa centres I have ever had the pleasure of visiting! The reception is very welcoming and pleasant, the space, despite the massive size, is very well laid out, the individual areas are very carefully curated and designed. You can tell that the people who run this place, and the people who operate the space, really care about what they do. I routinely visit for RMT services, and also recently tried the Mind Sync therapy. While the service wasn’t for me, many of these services will have a drastic difference in terms of effectiveness on an individualistic level, so I encourage you to try it out! It’s unique in the industry, and a fairly low cost-barrier to try it out makes it that much easier to say yes to exploring it. I’m extremely satisfied with each visit and excited to see what new developments are yet to come! Truly a gem in the health and wellness industry for the north!
