Fallsview Indoor Waterpark

Fallsview Indoor Waterpark is the only waterpark in the world to feature a view of the majestic Niagara Falls, making it one of Niagara’s most popular attractions. The park is home to 16 waterslides, a giant wave pool, the mammoth Beach House Rain Fortress that features a 1000-gallon tipping bucket, an outdoor activity pool and sundeck, and adult-only hot tubs. There is also a Tiny Tots play area for our smallest guests and the The Beach Club, which is ideal for snacks. The Waterpark features direct indoor connections to Sheraton Fallsview, Crowne Plaza Fallsview, and Skyline Hotel & Waterpark.

My kids really loved it here we love that in the back was a sprinkler toddler range area safer for the littler ones... Love the play structure upstairs as well to enjoy once you're dried off. Would come to again. We were able to use my daughters access 2 card as well. Buy the tickets online they are cheaper!

Hours of fun for everyone. We went with 5 kiddos ages 4-12 and 4 adults. We all loved it. We rented a Cabana, #10 park view was the best spot in my opinion. Tips: -if you can rent a cabana you should. Not a lot of general seating -the air is extremely warm and lots of chemicals in the water and air. Which is to be expected. Bring eye drops -go early. Park starts to get quite busy by 2 and the lines for slides get long -we found 4 hours was more than enough time to spend there

Very fun and clean indoor water park! Staff are friendly. I seen the janitors cleaning the washroom area almost every 30 mins ! Which is amazing. The washrooms and change room were very clean. Water area super fun for all ages. I love the option of the baby/toddler splash pad. And many available life jackets. Visited in February which was not busy at all.

Our kids had a great time at this waterpark. It was spacious and offered plenty of activities, including a wave pool and kids' slides. The only problem with the pool and hot tub area is the high concentrations of chlorine in water. It made our eyes burn and we had headaches. While the food was quite expensive, the park is conveniently located near several dining options outside. Our experience with the lifeguards was really disappointing. They were generally unfriendly and unhelpful. One particular lifeguard, a young teenage girl (chubby girl), was especially very rude. After stepping out of the pool from sideways briefly to drink water while keeping an eye on my kids, she told me I couldn’t leave them unattended. I acknowledged her concern, but when I attempted to return to the pool from the same spot, she insisted I take a much longer route. This policy seemed impractical, as it made it harder for me to watch my children. When I questioned it, she simply said she could call my kids over, which felt unnecessary and frustrating. The management should consider reviewing some of these rules to ensure they are both effective and reasonable.

This was an amazing, clean, safe and fun place. It was our first time and we will be back! Water was warm. Equipment was clean and kept up well. Something for everyone from the smallest child to the oldest adult. Water was warm, clean and inviting.

We visited the falls in April while there was still some snowing and single digital celsius temperatures. The water park was a nice place to visit and enjoy decent water activities. We found the tickets to be pricey but saved a lot of money by booking the tickets through our hotel (sheraton). The Waterpark was easy to access from the sheraton but wait times for the elevator varied to as much as 20 minutes even. We visited on Friday Saturday and Sunday. The weekend was busier. The water park facilities are good for little children and the slides are enjoyable for adults. A few hours is more than enough to absorb all that it has to offer. On-site washroom.and shower facilities were clean and easy to access and use. Staff were young but vigilant and enforced nearly all rules..safety is good and seems like the place is well monitored. The tilting bucket was quite fun. It took maybe 10 minutes each turn to empty and fill and was entertaining for adults including myself. I would say this is a good place to visit if you are visiting the falls and want some water activity in a family friendly environment.

Fun little water park with a great location! For the price, this was a good deal to get my two kids out of the house after a week of being snowed in. We live in upstate ny and the drive is about 2 hours and 40 mins. The park is well maintained. Seating was very limited but we rented a cabana with a view of the falls. I will say that the cad to usd conversion helps a lot with costs! Attendents were friendly and helped fuel. We received a coupon for dining with our rental and the husband and I relaxed with some drinks from the bar located on the upper level by the cabanas. Despite crowds, most folks were considerate of others. There are two adult only hot tubs and while they get busy, everyone was respectful of space. Attendents did strictly enforce the no kid rule which I am thankful for since it was the only place in the park for adults only and hey, it’s our getaway too! There is also a dry play area upstairs and a nice outdoor pool with basketball hoops which wasn’t open due to the weather obviously. Cons: the lines are long for the slides. No food or drink allowed inside the actual water park. But you can eat or drink in the cabanas. No lazy river- of course we have been to many parks and enjoy this feature. The distance from the park to the Sheridan is longer and requires an elevator. There are two other hotels connected: the crown plaza and the skyline. Of the 3, the Sheridan is the nicest. So many taxes! But again with the conversion, this ends up to be a cheaper option than great wolf, which was all booked up this week. All in all, worth the money and a great little getaway. You can check out the ships and eateries located in the same building and close by. The falls are across the street. We could see them from our room!

Kids loved it. They had a ton of fun at the slides. We were here Sunday-Monday. Happy it wasn't fully booked as it was a way to crowded as it w already. Can't imagine being here on busy days, must be hell. Everything was packed and not really enjoyable as it was already. So if you have the chance to pick a quite day dip or, you won't regret it. (wait for some of the slides over 50 mins) No real swimming pool depth wise. Wave area was closed for a while - no Infos for the reason behind - guessing a diaper incident... Everything is aged - and not to well maintained ... They excuse their mess - but didn't see any workers testing to fix things up. Splash pad flooring was coming off. Covers on hard edges were coming off... So many things which I tried to overlook and just enjoy the joy of my kids. Air was very warm and sticky. Hairdryer were not working or only very little. The "potty" slide kept us in the center and wouldn't send us down for a while... Scared the wee one. People were cutting off lines at slides wich was very frustrating. Stuff didn't seem to care. In genaral stuff wasn't friendliy by any means. Which is a shame at a place like this were people spend their money for a good time. Two old showers in the lady's change room. Some more for everyone. The floor (also in the pool area) were disgusting. Make sure you bring your bading shoes. At the end its like me never want to go there again and the kids are asking already about the next trip there... - let's put it like this, we will find a different water park. The fall view you get is also only from the change room or very limited from the side of the kids section... Update: We went for the second time. I didn't enjoy it very much but the kids had a blast. Friday was better than Saturday. Saturday seemed to be like a zoo crazy busy, stupid long lines for the slides, no space to swim a meter without getting bumped into somebody. Parents who didn't look out for what their kids were up to. Food is very overpriced and not even good. And on Saturday the wait even to just place your order made my friends leave the facility. It's ok on a slow day but busy days are just stressful. The waterpark is showing off its age and it didn't seem to have any improvements since we were there last time. For myself I wouldn't go again, the kids are already ready to go again.
