I just had my first deep tissue massage and I am almost left speechless. By FAR, this is the best massage I have ever had. I loved the beautiful, quiet atmosphere, and the herbal compress. I almost needed to be peeled off the table. I am so excited to try the other available treatments, especially the Yume hair/head treatment. I will be back and I would recommend that everyone visit Forrest Thai Massage! Thank you, from a new mom who needed to relax!!

I had an exceptional experience at Forest Thai Massage - it really exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm and inviting, with soothing music creating the perfect environment for relaxation. Pennapa was incredibly professional, taking the time to understand my specific needs and areas of tension before starting. The massage itself was nothing short of amazing. The therapist's utilized unique techniques which targeted all the right areas without being too intense. I felt an immediate release of built-up stress and tension, and by the end of the session, I was completely relaxed. Not only was the massage itself amazing but I was sent home with some essential oil and a Thai herbal compress ball! It was truly a five-star experience, and I’ll definitely be returning!

This was the best lymphatic massage I’ve ever had (and I’ve had plenty since I’m a big fan). I highly recommend it for anyone looking to do a body detox, it helps reduce swelling and bloating. I’m already looking forward to my next appointment!

Such a wonderful place. I had the YUME Head Spa treatment and it was amazing. I left feeling like a different person. If you're expecting something soft and soothing you will be surprised to find it more stimulating and energizing. Lots of wonderful scents as well. I'm fairly certain my scalp has never been so clean. Definitely worth the money for something you won't find anywhere else in Sudbury.

I was so grateful to have had a friend refer me to Forrest Thai Massage. Pennapa is such a kind lady and incredible at her profession. I was in a lot of pain and Pennapa picked up on everything to target. I had the 60 min Deep tissue massage and I left feeling so much better. Thank you so much and I will definitely be back????

My experience with Pennapa was fantastic. She was extremely kind and professional. I’ve never had a Thai massage before and this experience was wonderfully therapeutic and relaxing. I like to feel the pressure and this felt like a nice balance of deep tissue massage and the herbal compress component was so lovely. I’ll be returning for sure.

We used to have many Thai massage sessions before in Asia so we know when it’s great and authentic ones!! The place is very clean and nice and the owner went beyond in her service to provide a great massage experience for my partner.
