The salon was clean & modern. Staff was also nice. Sadly, I wish my manicure had turned out nicer. My nails were lumpy & not very even. I felt like the technician was rushing and not paying attention to detail. I went to a different salon today (3 weeks later), and really noticed the difference. The technician was diligent & careful. Also, price that I was quoted on the phone was lower than what I ended up paying. Their prices are not indicated anywhere (online or at the salon), which created confusion. Sadly, I will not be returning.

I went for a facial a year ago, and now comparing to another place. She showed me a good moisturizer I tried, but as for my facial, my face was even more red when I left. The facial clearly didn't meet my sensitive skin needs. I even pointed out the redness on my face, and nothing was done to reduce or calm the redness; it got worse. Therefore, not suitable for all skin types, and I definitely don't recommend for sensitive skin.

I recently had a facial at SPA Galaxie, and I must commend Anne for her outstanding work. She expertly removed blackheads and rejuvenated my skin, leaving it clear and radiant. Her professionalism and personalized care made the experience relaxing and enjoyable. The spa’s serene environment added to the overall bliss. Highly recommend Anne and SPA Galaxie for a top-notch facial!

Amazing service. The staff is friendly and welcoming but professional at the same time, the place looks clean and well maintained and just so pretty overall. I went in for a facial and it was the best one I've ever gotten. I already have appointments for other services and I can't wait to go back.

Disappointed with the reception upon entering the salon. Kindly offered a tea and was never served. Decorations were done in an overkill fashion. Owners are too commercial. I felt stressed while I was receiving my manicure. It will b difficult for me to return to this salon as I did not feel welcomed.
