I have gone to glass and pillar spa with my friend to get facials. Kyra did an excellent job on my facial and explained everything related to skin health with knowledge. She also suggested some upgrades to the facial that I found beneficial. Overall, I had a great experience. Also, inside the spa, there is a cute little clothes boutique with change rooms available. I even purchased some items as the quality and style of these clothes were amazing. Highly recommend this spa to anyone seeking relaxing and professional care.

My experience at glass and pillar has always been excellent. Atmosphere is lovely. Staff are very friendly and it's a place I enjoy being in. Ashley always does my appointments and is very professional, friendly and talented. She makes you feel welcome, and we have a great rapport. I would never go anywhere else.

My husband Kevin and I have been coming to Glass and Pillar Spa for spa services for just over a year now. We will not go anywhere else. Fayez in London was my go to place but now that I discovered the glass pillar and Spa this is my new home for Spa services. Our registered massage therapists Trevor and Wilhelmina find and focus on our problem points and work on them until they’re well. We are not there for relaxational Massage, although that is an option, we are there for treatment and nurturing of the areas our body needs; that’s what Trevor and Wilhelmina achieve. They also offer their expert advice on stretching techniques to help with the healing process. The ladies at the front desk are fun and friendly. We always have a good time over there and walk out with a smile. I’m looking forward to utilizing more of their advanced medical grade cosmetic services in the very new future. I can’t say enough good things about Glass pillar and Spa.

I visit the spa every few months & my favourite are the staff. I have a little bit of social anxiety and they are always so friendly and welcoming, they will really make you feel comfortable. I've been paired with a few of the cosmeticians, they have all been excellent. Highly recommended if your looking for a relaxing spa in Sarnia.

The girls in my family had decided to pick the spa to bring my mom to for her 80th birthday a special pedicure with us all sitting together getting done at once. It was arranged that all four of us would be sitting together and done at once so my mom could enjoy her special day. Only three girls were available and my mom sat there with her feet soaking in water getting cold while we all got our pedicures, and then we moved to the sitting area and my mom sat there by herself. We were told that her girl would be along shortly, which took till we were finished practically before she showed up because she was busy with another client. Obviously, they booked somebody else in or did not book enough girls to accommodate our special wishes. She sat watching us talk and socialize Because we were asked to move into the next area to free up the tubs and that us feeling terrible about her sitting back without us and her feeling Not included, although she would never complain, it took away from the whole point of our special day there . Money does not flowly endlessly fir any of us, so this was a big deal to take mom there and we travelled from London to do so based on recommendations. After examining my pedicure more carefully when I got back home, my cuticles were not cut all around as they normally would’ve been. my toenails were not the same length, My calluses were not completely taken off, which were not terrible ones but still. I was very disappointed after close examination would never go back, this was a big disappointment and cost $200 for two of us to get a spa pedicure done with regular nail polish waste of money in my opinion. The spa is nice, looking and clean, they were very polite but I would only give it a two star based upon our disappointing experience.

I love the Glass & Pillar Spa! Every visit has been an amazing experience. I especially am over the moon about my powder brows, Kyra is very professional and extremely talented and she does amazing work! I don't know how I lived without eyebrows all these years but thanks to Kyra and her talented work I have a beautiful set of powder brows I could never live without ever again! Thank you so much G&P Spa you make every visit hard to leave!
