I've had several appointments with Samantha now and Ive been very impressed so far she does a fantastic job! My range of motion has improved, im less sore when I wake up its helped tremendously. They have heated massage tables, its very updated and modern in there but also a very relaxing atmosphere. I would definitely recommend coming here!

I have gone to Alyssa for massage services during two pregnancies, driving from Belleville to Kingston. Her skills are exceptional. She understands the changing pregnant body, the importance of trust and connection, and women’s needs during what is often and uncertain time in their lives. Alyssa was easy to speak to, took extra time to talk to me about birth plans, and helped ease aches I didn’t even realize were impacting my movements in late pregnancy. I cannot thank or recommend Alyssa enough for her work.

WOW!!! Anne-Marie is an angel sent from heaven! I am almost 20 and already have been going through SEVERE chronic pain my whole life. I went to endless doctors, spending thousands and all it took in the end was a massage from Anne-Marie. My Dad has been also going to her for years and recommended her and she is amazing. I am studying Esthetics so we really bonded over that and body work. I booked in later in the day and she spent over an hour just talking to me about my lifestyle, pain, what I'm looking for and making a treatment plan for the massage. Although we took longer at the beginning, she made sure that didn't go into the time of my actual massage. She took her time, always checking on pressure and pain. She was so dedicated and focused in her work, as someone studying bodywork, she is AMAZING at what she does. If I could get one everyday, I would. Me being in the Esthetics industry I wanted to tip her lol, but I guess a good review will do! I waited about a week to review this to see if the pain would come back, but I seriously have ever felt less pain! Thank you endlessly Anne-Marie.

For anyone looking for a massage, this is the place to go! I've been seeing Alyssa and I could not be happier. She is a fantastic RMT!!! She makes me feel so comfortable, actively listens to my concerns, and always gives my body what it needs. Time and time again I feel a million times better walking out of this practice. Also the place is always tidy and clean, which I can always appreciate!
