I love going to Helen's. Was absolutely great visit, smiles and laughs. Nails done and beautiful as always. I recommend them to many people from all other cities. Helen definitely has an amazing staff and beautiful as always.

I got my nails done before going away for a wedding. The experience while getting them done was fine. Although it felt as though the patience wasn’t there. I’m use to having people confirm shape/colour/design along the way when getting my nails done. My mother in law was also told that what she wanted wasn’t possible (she wanted silver detailing and got gold instead). The girl in the chair next to me was also feeling rushed and asking opinions on her nails and the lady doing them seemed to get frustrated and told her she had someone coming at 11am and that she needed to make up her mind. I’m a hairstylist so I 100% understand that if you’re scheduled a certain amount of time then you don’t want to be set back. BUT I was there long after the client next to me left and she didn’t have anyone come in until a walk in at around 11:30. Additionally the products seem to be cheap. I had gold gems put on my nails and 11 out of 13 have lost all there gold and are just plastic. Not cute and definitely not what I’ve paid for. Overall, not the worst experience I’ve had. But I also wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Had an absolutely amazing time here with my family! Everyone was wonderful but Helen did my nails and she was so fantastic and accommodating! Showed her the idea I liked and she made my nails look so good!

my experience was fine, however i felt as though it could’ve been better. i went today to get my nails done for a vacation. first of all, the drill hurt almost all my cuticles quite a bit and one of them bled (ring finger in the picture). i also asked for a design for the ring fingers, was told it’d be $90 (in total), but he couldn’t do it the way my inspiration looked so i just stuck to french tips. paid 79 in total with taxes for acrylics and french tips. i like the nails and the experience was okay, but maybe i wouldn’t go back here.

I’ve been coming to this nail salon every month for almost a year and they NEVER disappoint. Helen and Alex have been more than wonderful every time. It’s so hard to find good nail techs in the Niagara region but this place has been very reliable not only for me, but for several of my friends as well

Helen and her team are amazing! Super friendly and efficient, I get very long nails and intricate designs and she delivers every time. My first time going there my nails lasted me a month including the gems she used. I have never had a set last that long considering the nails being XXL. Recently I took my sister and while I booked with Helen, my sister was okay with any nail tech and her nails are beautiful!! Amazing job laying the acrylic, clean designs and amazing job on her cuticles (she picks her skin so that amazed me!). Great salon, great nail techs and very fair price point for the work they do!

Got an acrylic set, she didn’t wait for the glue to dry when applying the tip extensions so when she added the acrylic and it shrunk when drying it popped the tip right off my nail bed. I had an appointment after so I left without giving them much of a look over but about 20 mins later when I noticed I gave them a call and they told me to come back to fix it. After making the 20 min drive she told me that it was just how my nails were shaped since my nail beds curved down so much (they don’t). I argued that I was going on vacation and they would completely pop off the second I touched water but she insisted they’d be fine and after some back and forth, another worker spoke up and told her to fix it. She jammed some acrylic powder between the gap then put my hands under the lamp (acrylic doesn’t cure using UV so not sure why she did that ??? ) my nails were attached at the cuticle but lifted underneath and after her “fix” they came off the following day (destroying my nail beds in the process). See pics of my natural nails showing no curve, the nails I left with and my friends whose entire hand popped off within the first few days. I paid $75 (plus 20% tip so the treatment wasn’t due to a lack of tip)
