I got a pedicure done twice. The first time i did the pedicure i booked the signature pedicure. When i was getting it done i said " you know its the signature pedicure right? " the lady said " omg the signature no i didnt know, so do you want parafim treatment or the exfoliation" ( it was my first time there and i thought maybe i was confused by the service so i said exfoliating. When i doubled check, like i though it was indeed the exfoliation AND the parafim treatment she was supposed to do. After that she painted my toe nails. She made me wait in the chair about 30 mins for them to dry ( normal ) and than but some Vaseline to help seel in the color and than I was done. When i got home took the Vaseline wraps off and the color was destroyed , 20 mins later. I went back they repainted for free and now the color is holding but on some nails only half and other 3/4 of my nail is actually painted. The polish isnt uniform and theres polish missing on all the corners of my nails. Very bad experience. I think they are 5 techs you can book for pedicures in total and at least 3 didnt do a good job ( I had 2 nail tech the first time i went and a different one when i went back. My friend came with me and she had one lady and same experience for her)

I went to Garo 2 times and both of them have been very bad experiences! My hair has never looked worse. Please don’t book him. Most of my hair isn’t cut straight and there is some chunks of hair that keeps sticking out since he cut it too short and weirdly!! On the other hand Karen is amazing. Book her and never Garo.

I was a loyal customer for myself, son and daughter going for many years and paying each and every single bill. I get a call two months after my son’s cut to suggest we didn’t pay for that bill. I was so confused because it was that many months out from when we saw them but also because they were confused, they didn’t have my sons name right and suggested I had brought two of my sons - I only have one. Anyways I was patient, their receptionist realizing what she was contacting me for made no sense said she’d go back and check her information. We hung up, I went to my credit card and saw the charge in June. I kept that as proof thinking she’d call me back shortly. Now we are October - 4 months since the appointment and 2 months when they tried to “collect” payment for what I already paid for they called me saying that I hadn’t paid for that June service. I am flabbergasted and embarrassed for them at this point because of the time lapse and the bad judgment to still pursue this. I explained to the lady this and that I did have the proof of payment and even if I didn’t for their mess up they should’ve waived the fee. I found this was exemplary how they don’t care about their loyal customers and so I told them and did make the decision that I won’t be sending myself or son there anymore nor will I recommend them as I find they managed this situation highly unprofessional. If you decide to get your hair cut there make sure to keep all proof of payment or they may harass you like they have me over months without any proof that you didn’t pay.

I recently had the pleasure of getting hair extensions at Station5, and I’m thrilled with the results. They used extensions by Great Lengths, and the quality is really impressive. The extensions blend seamlessly with my natural hair and feel super natural. Elena was exceptional. Her expertise and precision made the entire experience effortless and enjoyable. She really knows her craft and ensured that the extensions were applied perfectly. As always, the salon was spotlessly clean and had a welcoming atmosphere. I recently went to Station 5 for highlights and had a very disappointing experience with a stylist named Garo. I had previously informed him that, due to premature greying, I had been dyeing my hair brown for some time. He did a strand test during my first visit and advised me to come back for highlights once I was ready, as he now “knew what we would be working with.” On my scheduled appointment on November 9, 2024, Garo began applying bleach to my hair. However, after only 15 minutes, a watery substance began leaking from the foils. He quickly rushed me to the sink to rinse my hair. This rinse-and-bleach cycle continued every 15 minutes, stretching the entire process to over three hours. I could sense the concern on his face and his colleagues’ as they whispered to each other in a language I didn’t understand, but he kept a reassuring smile with me. By the end of the ordeal, my hair was severely damaged. Garo applied a “treatment” and left it on for about 20 minutes, then dried my hair and charged me $450. The end result was horrifying—my hair is now brittle, straw-like, and heavily damaged. I’m embarrassed to leave the house and have felt devastated since this experience. I consulted another stylist who informed me that my only option is to cut off the damaged sections, which would leave me with an extremely short pixie cut. This entire experience has been upsetting and unacceptable. I would strongly advise anyone considering highlights with Garo to think twice, as the lack of care and professionalism I encountered has left me with severe hair damage.
