Where can I begin? I’ve been looking so forward to experiencing a hammam outing. From the second you walk in, the most rancid cheese and mold smell hits you. The showers had black worms (this is not a hoax!!!!!!) crawling around the floors and walls, and dead cockroaches on the floors. The water machine is empty, and the ceilings are covered in humidity and black mold. Spend a little more and go somewhere that has sanitary and hygiene standards, please!!! I wouldn’t dare immerse my body into that Turkish bath as the murky water was a major red flag. That place is a paradise for fungal and viral foot infections, health concerns and God knows what else. Clearly they do not worry about cleanliness or have any sanitary standards. The city should send a health inspector there - urgently.

Had such an amazing experience. Came all the way from Florida just to visit this spa and I was NOT disappointed. The woman working there was extremely kind to my sister and I and she offered excellent service and was so welcoming. Truly can’t wait to visit Montreal again to relive that experience!!!

The lady on the phone was giving me the prices in a foreign language despite me calling in French to make a reservation. I asked to book the 45 minute massage to which she replied they don't offer it. Then why mention it on the website then? I just think it's a farse and a regular bath house. Won't even bother going there after that awful phone call.

Absolutely adored that place. I went on a Thursday afternoon, i was the only customer there and enjoyed it. It was my first time in a hammam and the Moroccan lady rubbed me clean. Very neat and hygienic place, which I will definitely visit again. Thank you.

I went in to inquire about the services they offered and the woman who was there was incredibly rude to me. I decided to leave so I can’t say anything about the quality of their services, but the customer service alone made me want to go somewhere else

The hammam is nice and relaxing. However it lacks some management. I had to tell the young girl the price and what my service included. Some people get wayyy to comfortable in there so be prepare. The dry sauna was off i guess due to no customer.
