We had previously been to a Hammam in Laval which was a very unpleasant experience and I vowed never to try another one outside of Morocco!!! When I called to book the appointment I explain this to the receptionist and she went out of her way to offer us a huge discount on their V.I.P. room, in order to show us a real experience! Today we walked in to Zinabelle and WOW!!! The place was supper clean, and it smelled fantastic. The 2 girls were incredibly good and the services met and exceed our expectations! We will definitely be back!

This spa is a gem. The hammam experience was next level—super relaxing and my skin has never felt smoother. The steam, the scrub, the whole atmosphere... it was exactly what I needed. The staff were warm and made everything feel effortless. I ended the session with a mint tea in their cozy lounge and honestly didn’t want to leave. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Just had a hammam , massage and facial. It was an amazing experience. Staff is attentive and professional. Prices are so compatible too . Highly recommend and will definitely be going back .

Very rude people I want to clarify that I would never leave a comment about a place without a valid experience. My reviews—whether 1, 2, 4, or 5 stars—are always based on my actual experiences and reflect the service I received. Regarding your establishment, my experience was disappointing. Your team appeared unprofessional, with members handling everything from massages to hair treatments and operating machines without the proper qualifications. This lack of specialization raises concerns about the quality and safety of the services provided. And yes, maybe—like most people—I tend to share negative experiences more often than positive ones. However, I encourage you to take a closer look at the reviews your place has received. The majority are 1 or 2 stars, so perhaps instead of blaming me, it would be more productive to focus on addressing the recurring issues raised by multiple clients.

This was my first visit to Hammam ZinaBelle! The exfoliation is a must! My skin is so soft and glowing! The whole experience was very nice! Kind and polite staff. Worth trying!
