A reliable go-to for a day of relaxation. Customer service is outstanding across the board and I do recommend this location to my family and friends. I mainly see Autumn at this location for anything beauty related and Liliana for RMT massages. Both are extremely knowledgeable in their own fields and they are both very relatable. My skin has never looked better since coming here. I highly recommend seeing Autumn for any services offered at this location. Not only is she knowledgeable, but she is honest and realistic with my skin care goals and how to achieve them. Thank you to all the staff at Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa Boardwalk Location!

Had a reflexology massage with Grace and I feel amazing! She was very attentive and I appreciated the added touch of the warm wash cloths! Definitely helped relax me even more! Would highly recommend Grace at Hand and Stone!

I've had two facials at Hand and Stone (with many more to come) and really enjoyed the experience both times. Emma is amazing and very knowledgeable about proper skin care. I really appreciate her recommendations to help target my skin issues. And her technique is so soothing and relaxing. I highly recommend Hand and Stone at the Boardwalk in Waterloo.

My daughter and I had facials with Grace and Kavita. They set us up in a room together which was very nice. We were both happy with the quality of the service, kindness of the staff, and how our skin felt afterwards. They use excellent products and the atmosphere is very relaxing. The only downside is that it's quite expensive so not something I could afford to do more often even though I would love to.

My aesthetician was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to understand my skin type and concerns before customizing the treatment.
