I was using a gift card from my husband to have a facial with Laura. She informed me that I was eligible for an automatic free upgrade and enhancements to my classic facial, which was a total surprise to me. I was super impressed because she didn't even have to mention it, but she did, and I was grateful. I left feeling incredibly relaxed, pampered and was glowing. Looking forward to seeing Laura again soon. Highly recommend.

My wife and I did a pre valentine's couples massage and it was amazing. Additionally, daycare advised last minute the day before that the centre would be closed and it was too late to reschedule our massage appt. The staff was so welcoming and hospitable to our daughter. They took care of her while my wife and I had our session. When we were done our daughter was so happy and smiling. She had lots of fun. This is premium service!!!!! I highly recommend this location. Thanks again to all the staff.

Facial treatment was great! But During the treatment when you are suppose to be relaxing they try to upsell facial products they could use. So instead of relaxing I was thinking is this worth 30 dollars is she rippinge me off etc. My daughter said they did the same thing to Her too. If you want o discuss upgrades have a quick look at the skin before you start .... suppose to be relaxing not stressful. Thanks! Well the next day Peter from Hand and Stone called me after He reviewed my post. Wonderful to see a business who cares enough to touch base with their clients. We had what I feel was a very productive discussion! At the end of the call He offered a complimentary service for us both. In this day and age it is a wonderful thing to see a business who actually cares about their clients! Thank you!

What a cute little spot!!! I thought I would see if I could book a last minute massage (motherhood!) and, to my surprise, I was able to secure a time for the next morning! I was greeted by a wonderful and friendly woman who made me feel right at home. I believe I booked with Mary-Lynn and I have to say that was probably the best massage I’ve had in a LONGGG time. Thank you! I’ll be back :)

Laura was very nice and my facial was okay. The spa was clean and relaxing. I was disappointed that I booked an introductory appointment and immediately was encouraged to upgrade. When I booked it was scheduled for 75 minutes but I was 40-45 mins and when I asked I was told there was a 30 min consultation time allowed but I didn’t require that.. at the end there was also an upsale of product . Just not walking away feeling great
