Instant calm when I walk into Hand and Stone. The staff are friendly, professional and the services are outstanding. Heather was my technician for a facial and was wonderful. Clean space and lovely scents a treat for your mind and body. They tailored my products for my skin type and I’m loving it!! Highly recommended.

I had my first massage appointment at the Mississauga (Derry) location this evening and it was such a great experience. The place is kept so clean, the staff is really friendly and the massage rooms feel so calming. Ariel at the front desk was so informative and radiated positive energy. Priyanka provided such an amazing massage (and I am an extremely picky person who had been spoiled by the same massage therapist for 12 years before she retired and I’ve had trouble filling the void she left lol). Priyanka if you’re reading this, thank you so much for the wonderful experience, your attentiveness and techniques work perfectly for my needs and I look forward to seeing you again. I will definitely be referring my friends and family to you as well!

I had a the intro relaxation massage with Yaldah on Thursday and she was amazing! She made me feel super comfortable right from the start. With working from home, my body is always tense—but I left feeling so relaxed. Highly recommend her! Will be booking again. ☺️

I had the best massage I’ve ever experienced with Yaldah. She was incredibly intuitive, attentive, and took the time to explain everything throughout the session. She checked in regularly about pressure and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The space itself was calming and relaxing—an all-around amazing experience. Highly recommend!

I had an amazing experience at Hand & Stone Spa yesterday for a facial and massage. Yaldah was fantastic—she really listened to everything I mentioned and made sure the vibe and pace were just right. She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable the whole time. I also appreciated that she recommended some products that could help me, but without any pressure to buy, which made everything feel so much more relaxing. I purchased a monthly membership, so I'll definitely be back! Highly recommend checking it out, especially if you get the chance to book with Yaldah. Such a great experience!
