I had a bad experience at Hush this last Thursday. I called and asked who is on duty and also asked if it is crowded right now. I was told that we have three models and they are free. Also, I was told that nobody is there. 15 minutes later, I arrive at hush. I was greeted by a model who told me welcome and that I should go to room A which is available and ready. I asked if i can see the other girls and pick my masseuse. She started giving me attitude saying "I am available right now". After asking twice, another one came to say hi (Rose) .. I told her I wanna do my session with her. She told me I am not available now and will be available after 15 minutes. I said ok .. I can wait in the room ..She said "No , you have to take your shoes and wait in your car for 15 minutes, you cannot wait here". I took my shoes and left. Not sure what was the problem, and why the room I was offered is no longer available, and why I was given an attitude by both girls. Bad experience, not recommended, i think i will stop going there again -------------------------------------------------------- REPLAY to the owner's comments -------------------------------------------------------- 1. BTW, I didn't even have an appointment, when I called I didn't book an appointment. I just asked if it was busy. I was a walk-in. (1st lie from management) 2. I only met two girls not three (Rose and I guess the other one was betty). (2nd lie from management) 3. I wasn't agitated, I was actually smiling and talking to the two girls nicely. You would need to fix your girls' attitude before posting that :D (3rd lie from management) 4. Rose was not with a client, rose was in the dressing room and came out to say hi with a spoon in her hand (4th lie from management). You have two options here, whether you lied that she was with a client, or that she left her client mid session to say hi to me. I think both are bad for the so-called best spa in KW. If you gonna lie, try to have a straight story line :D 5. I think it would be better to address the problem, and not just try to lie to your customers like that :D

I tried hush studio first time and katrina is one of the best and she has given me best massage and spent quality time with her????will see her again for sure

This was the first time I’ve ever been to a place like this and I will be coming back again. They present a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere, you don’t feel pressure into doing anything you are not comfortable with. The girl I had a session with today, Lola, she is warm and very welcoming, she is all about making sure you are totally comfortable and eases any anxiety you may be experiencing. Not only does she ease everything for you mentally but also physically, with her smooth and gentle touch she knows all the right places. After the session is over, Lola and I had a great conversation about the session and future sessions, making sure I am less anxious the next time. 100% would recommend.

Hello, I have been in this place for three times. The place is neat and clean, clam relaxing atmosphere. I had appointments with Riley, Lexi and Amber. I did not have a good experience with Lexi, maybe she didn't like me. Riley and Amber, both are gem. They knows what we want. had a wonderful time with both. Hi had an appointment with LOLA today,,, Sweet girl, very pampering got magical hands... friendly, great attitude.. knows what she is doing and what she is expected to do... definitely an asset to Hush after Anni.... in my experience... A girl who can be included in the regular list....

I find it very welcoming and the ladies are so nice and courteous. The rooms are very clean and roomy. The girls are very gorgeous and beautiful and very easy to talk to. There aren't enough stars to rate this place so I would love to add many many more. I've been going for quite a few years now and finally found the right person to make me feel real again and happy.

Was an amazing first time. Got lucky to get Tatiana for my first time, she was very well spoke and the best bedside manner. Bary clean place, not sure anyone other than Tatiana could of made it so enjoyable, back felt great after. Looking forward to being a regular

Great experience friendly service and fair price was pretty nervous at first but the staff were great
