This review is long because I want to share this execeptional experience. I was talking to a colleague that is from Morroco about spas such as BotaBota and she referred me to this Marrakech Hammam and Spa institution which is a completely different experience to the other spas that I am used to. At first, I was nervous because I went alone and did not know the rules, but the staff were extremely helpful by showing me how to proceed and truly made me feel welcomed all around. I had ended up getting waxed, and the natural products they used left my skin feeling extremely clean and smooth. I had chosen the "Entree Hammam et avec gommage for an 1h30 minutes". At the end of receiving such care, it was like this spiritual awakening where my body just released all of the stress that was built up inside. I felt so relaxed that I was curious to then look up the history of this self-care ritual. All of this to say I will continue with this self-care routine because it is truly "Where beautiful meets spiritual."

Visited the spa with my best friend for the first time , it was amazing the technique left my skin and body soft , glowing , nourished. We were taken care of with Aziza and another nice lady. We left with 0 stress in our body ???? Definetly recommend

Came today for the first time with my Moroccan friend who kept telling about this experience… and let me tell you she was right!! My friend loves this place especially, and I can see why… EXCELLENT service, beautiful interior, super calming, VERY clean. I highly recommend!!! Had the full service Hammam (INCREDIBLE ladies who scrubbed us - felt great) and a massage (PAMELA was AMAZING!!). Very friendly and welcoming… THANK YOU SO MUCH!! I’ll be back ????

I had the most exhilarating experience with a duration of 4 hours comprising the best of the best . It was the full package of a gommage , body wrap, body massage and a facial where the ambiance , service and end results was a definite 10 on 10 for me . Definitely will visit it regularly . :-)

Best hammam i been to in mtl. But the ladys who do the gommag can be moody and get it on u. But the rest of the staff are nice and professional.make sure u take an appointment . Parking is free .

Amazing service by Aziza. She was kind , courteous and had an awesome service from her. At the end Fatima was really kind as well, service us sweets and tea, great service. I recommend.

I’ll make my review as summarized as possible. We were excited to drive 2h from the capital to Mtl to experience a true Moroccan Hamam since thats what’s being marketed, sadly; it was far from it. What we experienced was : - A rude receptionist with lots of attitude lacks the basic skills of customer service ( not the little girl with glasses and long hair, it was an older lady with short hair and tanned skin ) - Website is down and no basic instructions were found anywhere in order to know what to expect ( you get told what’s available and what to do when you arrive.. not professional!) - You cannot use your own ghassoul, henne etc.. you have to purchase their ghassoul and kyss which was fine since we werent ones to use those things but how would one know? (this was communicated to us upon arrival. ) - Lockers were available but you are responsible for having a padlock and no cameras were in that area ( which is understandable since its a changing room but at least have one in the ahllway? At the entrance of the changing room?) (this was also communicated to us upon arrival) - Used underwear were in the changing rooms and the cleaning lady was bothering us while we were changing instead of cleaning what was left off previously. ( this was disgusting and disturbing st the same time) - this so called receptionist, comes in every two seconds asking the exfoliation kady ( tyabat) if there are spots for exfoliation and soaping while lots of people were sharing sinks and waiting for their turn. ( it was like people were just a bunch of sheeps and she was topping it up every 5mins) If it wasnt for the ladies ( Fatiha and the Turkish one) who made us relax and took actual good care of us, I wouldve rated this place lower than 2 stars because this is not what the Moroccan Hospitality is about. We were very disappointed, I didnt want to believe the negative reviews until I experience it on my own and I was shocked to see exactly what was described below. Hopefully all these negative reviews below are taken into consideration and action is taken soon.

Amazing service took the package majorelle worth every single penny!! We were 2 girls and we had 2 amazing techniciennes thank you for making our experience the best! We will be back very soon!! Le salon de thé is a nice add on ☺️
