At this time, Katarina is accepting new patients, while Lisa is only accepting new patients for TMJ dysfunction treatments. Please contact us if you are an existing patient and would like access to our online booking platform. We are a hidden gem located in the north end of St. Catharines, at the Linwell Medical Building on Linwell Road. We welcome patients of all ages and utilize hydraulic tables for those who may have accessibility concerns. We offer a diverse range of modalities beyond therapeutic massage which include prenatal massage, cupping, indie head massage and TMJ dysfunction treatments. We are open 7 days a week and are able to do direct billing with a wide variety of insurance companies.

I had my first massage experience with Hannah today, and I must say it was exceptional. I went in due to shoulder tension and severe lower back pain, and Hanna's professionalism and skill were outstanding. I left feeling thoroughly satisfied. The facility is very clean, and calming. I would definitely go back again. Booked for my next appointment????????????

I told Lisa this but I am reluctant to share this gem of a place because I don’t want to share with anyone! ???? this is by far the best massage I have had ever. I suffer from tension headaches from work and Lisa not only helped with the massages but also gave me stretches that have been life changing. She is also a joy to chat with and totally brightens up my day every time I go here. Very comfortable, serene environment and I Highly HIGHLY recommend!! ❤️

Great experience from start to finish. Easily booked online. They responded very quickly when I emailed with questions. I felt very comfortable there. Massage was amazing. And they do direct billing for insurance. Awesome. Will definitely go back and I recommend to anyone.
