I had an appointment with Marcie - Head massage 100% recommended! I like strong pressure, and it is usually hard to find someone who gets the pressure right, but Marcie was amazing. She worked on my whole back, shoulders, neck, face and scalp. It was divine!!! I strongly recommend Marcie!!!

I received the Indian head massage. Not only did they do my head but my neck, my shoulders and my back. Melissa was wonderful, got all the right pressure points. Wonderful experience and beautiful atmosphere. Definitely recommend!

Great facility clean , reception and therapists are friendly . My RMT Sarah Middendorf is fantastic! Really experienced and thorough. I also love the add ons available such as muscle balms or hand massages. Definitely the best place in Barrie!!!

They are very friendly but the service was not Pleasant at all. Just updating my review, the lady was kind enough to call me to give an another massage to amend my previous experience and listen my concerns. However if you like pressure and not looking for a more pointing and rubbing style of massage this is the place for you.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a full body massage with sole pampering at Integrity Massage Services, and it was phenomenal! Tracy was my massage therapist, and she did an outstanding job. Her technique was both soothing and invigorating, providing the perfect balance of relaxation and therapeutic benefit. The ambiance at Integrity Massage Services was serene and calming, which helped me unwind even before the massage began. Tracy’s attention to detail, particularly during the sole pampering session, was exceptional. My feet have never felt better! I highly recommend Integrity Massage Services, especially with Tracy. I just got back from my very first visit at Integrity Massage Therapy. From the second I walked in the door, I got a warm and welcoming feeling. The lady at reception was very kind! I work a very physical job, so this massage was much needed lol. I had an hour massage with Samantha Williams. From the start she was incredibly professional and again very welcoming. She brought me into the room and we talked about some of my main concerns and what I wanted my focus areas to be this appointment. I am someone who struggles with my body image, and she made me feel very comfortable. She asked me throughout if the pressure was good, and if I wanted less or more. At the end , she even showed me a few exercises to do at home when my problem areas start acting up again. She made the whole experience very relaxing. I highly recommend Samantha! I have already rebooked my next massage with her! :)

Just got back from my massage. I have nothing bad to say about the RMT, she was very nice and the massage felt good. The reason I give 3 stars is because I felt like the first 10-15 minutes of my time was spent answering questions and then waiting for them to enter the room again. This really shouldn’t count into my massage time. Also no one offered me the option to tip and not everyone carries cash so they should change that for the therapists.

First Impressions Location and Accessibility: Integrity massage therapy is conveniently located on bayfield street, making it easily accessible by both car and public transport. There was ample parking available nearby, which was a relief. Ambiance: Upon entering, I was immediately struck by the calm and soothing environment. The reception area was clean, with soft music playing in the background and a pleasant aroma that set the tone for relaxation. Staff and Service Reception: The receptionist greeted me warmly and efficiently checked me in. She was very professional and made me feel welcomed. These ladies are always kind and understanding, always welcomed with a smile. Therapist Interaction: My therapist, Sarah Middendorf, was wonderful as always. She took the time to ask about my specific needs and any areas that required special attention. Her approach was both professional and empathetic. The Massage Experience: Technique and Effectiveness: I opted for a deep tissue massage to target my back/leg pain. Sarah’s technique was impeccable. She applied the right amount of pressure and skillfully worked through the knots in my muscles. I felt significant relief even before the session ended. Comfort and Relaxation: Throughout the session, Sarah ensured I was comfortable, frequently checking in on the pressure and my comfort level. My experience at Integrity massage therapy and Sarah middendorf has been and always will be outstanding. The professional and friendly staff, combined with the serene environment and effective massage therapy, make it a place I highly recommend to anyone in need of some relaxation and pain relief. I will definitely be returning for future sessions. I csn assure you as a patient of Sarah Middendorf for 4 years that you will receive nothing but the best experience. I have seen over a dozen different massage therapists in the past and none compare. Do yourself a favor, ignore the Karen's who post illegitimate reviews this place is the real deal.
