I had a fantastic and relaxing time at KW Sauna. The atmosphere was welcoming and well-maintained, making it easy to unwind and enjoy the experience. The steam room was my favorite—perfectly hot and refreshing, exactly what I needed to de-stress. The cold plunge was also a great addition, though I did notice it was a bit slippery when stepping in, so a little extra caution is needed. Other than that, the entire facility was clean, well-kept, and had a great vibe. Overall, a great place to relax and recharge—I’ll definitely be back

We drove from Guelph yesterday to visit KW Sauna in the afternoon and were really impressed. The variety of saunas and refreshing cold therapies after was great. The place is so clean and welcoming. Love the fact that robes, towels, lockers, teas are all included. Will be back for sure!

Visited a couple of times and it's very clean and tidy, wonderful experience. I have been in the morning and evening and it's not crowded and you can access everything easily. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a rejuvaniting experience!

Went to this facility today and attended the guided session by Deidre. It was an amazing experience and I loved every bit of it. This place is well maintained and the whole experience from start to end was enjoyable and relaxing. Deidre was amazing in guiding all of us throughout the session and encouraging us during the cold plunge which was hard for first timers like us. I will highly recommend this place and the session run by Deidre.

One of my favourite spots to escape and relax! I’ve been to general public visits as well as guided classes and both experiences were amazing for different reasons. The open public hours are great if you have a few hours to turn off the phone and enjoy at your own pace. The guided classes are great if you are newer to contrast therapy or want to focus on improving your cold plunge capabilities! They also do private bookings if you are looking for a fun out of the box health and wellness experience for your staff or team!

Must visit when in area. Best sauna experience in region. Very friendly and knowledgeable stuff. Cozy and clean place. Family friendly. 4 different types of sauna for any taste. Cold water barrel feels amazing after sauna. Make sure to stop by to experience real sauna. You'll sleep like a baby after. I'll see you guys next time I'm in area. Cheers
