While a small technical challenge was encountered during installation, Beachcomber technicians quickly resolved this rare issue and Gabe and his top notch delivery team quickly made everything right! We would not hesitate to recommend Kanata Hot Tubs to anyone else looking for a quality, Canadian-made hot tub and great after-sales support.

I had a great experience, from my first visit to and including the installation of my Beachcomber Hot Tub last week. Gabe is knowledgeable about his products and relays that information in a very easy way to understand and remember. I went into the store often during my process. When I mentioned to a friend of mine that I was looking to purchase a hot tub, he recommended Gabe from Kanata Hot Tubs. From start to finish Gabe was professional and courteous, no question was a dumb question. I visited the store a couple times before deciding on what hot tub to purchase and he never pressured us or made any negative comments on what his competitors sold. Gabe and the team have been very supportive through the whole process and we have been very pleased with our decision to buy the Beachcomber 590 model. After sale service and support have been great as well. The tub is installed at a cottage several hours from Ottawa, however, Gabe and staff have been more than willing to talk us through things over the phone or via facetime. If you are looking for a tub that will be located in a remote place, I highly recommend Kanata Hot Tubs, they get it done.

We bought a hot tub recently at the Kanata Hot Tub location. We are very pleased with our purchase. Gabe the manager was great with answering all/any questions I had regarding tub start up, water treatment and other information I needed. There was never pressure to purchase any one type of tub. I would highly recommend visiting Gabe if you are looking at purchasing a tub for your home.
