My first visit and it was great! The spa is lovely, Jackie is professional, kind and informative about the service she is providing. I had a pedicure and reflexology and my feet have never felt better! Highly recommend this service.

There was some kind of misunderstanding first of all. A woman was parked in her driveway sitting there (the designated spot for clients) and she thought it was me. she was texting me to come in but I wasn’t there yet, by the time I did get there she had canceled my appointment since she thought I was just sitting in her driveway and not coming in. Not realizing she canceled my appointment I went inside and could tell that she was upset, so I told her I could come back another time, she snapped at me and said no I’ll miss out on money, so I thought fair enough and went in for my wax. She kept going at me about this whole misunderstanding, and then finally after I started crying she said we can reschedule. I just wanted to get waxed and get out of there and never come back so I got her to finish the services. I was so uncomfortable the whole time, she was very hostile with me because of this whole misunderstanding, just not the vibe you want from someone who’s waxing intimate parts of your body, which is uncomfortable enough, so yeah, definitely wouldn’t recommend this place for waxing.

I have been looking for the right nail professional for awhile. My nails were a mess and I am very particular in what I like. She was great, very kind, patient and gentle (I had a broken arm). Her home studio is gorgeous, very clean and cozy. Can't wait for my next appointment.
